Madison's pov (December 1st, 2017)
Today was the day that Olivia and I were going on our first ever date. We wanted to go earlier but after my mom came back from Boston, my parents have been arguing more.
I'm not sure what they've been arguing about but I eavesdropped one time and heard the words 'moving to Boston'. I've been putting off my date with Liv because I was scared we were moving back to Boston.
As much as I missed it there, I'm finally happy in California. I found great friends here and hopefully by the end of tonight, I'll have a great girlfriend. Olivia knows why I've been putting off our date so it's not like I'm ghosting her. She's been very understanding.
Olivia has this place that she always goes to by herself and she wanted to take me. Its up on a mountain but it's a short hike and she told me it has a great view.
I walked over to Olivia's house, wearing jeans and a sweatshirt. It gets really cold in Boston during the winter so I was really surprised when I walked outside and it wasn't even that cold. It was still chilly enough where I needed a sweatshirt.
I knocked on Olivia's door and she opened it after a few minutes, looking as beautiful as ever. I smiled as I looked her up and down. She was wearing a baby tee, baggy jeans, and her signature converse sneakers.
"Hey, my gorgeous date." I greeted her.
"Hey, yourself. You look great." Olivia smiled at me.
I looked at my outfit before looking at her. "I'm not wearing anything special."
"You still look great." Olivia said.
"Thank you. You look great too." I complimented her.
Liv slightly blushed. "You ready for our date?"
"So ready." I nodded as we started walking off her porch.
"Do you have a bike? We could walk there but it'll be quicker to bike." Olivia told me.
"Yeah, I have a bike. Let me grab it." I told her.
Liv got her bike from her garage and I got my bike from my garage. We met at the end of my driveway and got on our bikes. I followed Olivia as she rode to her spot.
After around fifteen minutes, we finally got there. We put our bikes on the ground as I looked at the view. Olivia wasn't kidding. It is a great view.
"Wow." I said.
"You like it?" Olivia wondered as she stood by my side.
"Yeah." I nodded, not taking my eyes off the sunset.
"Good to know." Olivia looked at me with a small smile. "I'll take you heare more often then."
"That'd be amazing." I smiled at her.
We both sat down on the ground and I took off my backpack which had snacks and drinks in them. I opened up my backpack, dumping everything out.
"You know, I always thought my first date would be at some fancy dinner restaurant with the girl of my dreams." I told Olivia with a small chuckle as we both ate a bag of chips.
"I'm sorry." Olivia said.
"No, it's totally fine, Liv. I'm glad we're not at a fancy restaurant. Fancy restaurants are so cliche and I'm glad we're doing something different." I told her. "All I care about is that I'm here with the girl of my dreams."
Liv blushed and playfully shoved my shoulder. "You hate cliche things but you are a cliche, Madi."
"I'll take that as a compliment." I chuckled.
"It is a compliment." Liv said as moved closer to me. "You're a really great girl and I'm so glad that I could be your first date and kiss."
I looked into her eyes with a small smile, leaning in and connecting our lips. We kissed for a few seconds before pulling away. Liv rested her head on my shoulder and I wrapped my arm around her waist as we looked back at the view and continued talking.
"Do you like jokes?" Olivia wondered.
I nodded. "I love them."
"I've been working on my jokes. You wanna hear one?" Liv asked.
"Of course I do." I smiled.
"Okay. How do trees get on the internet?" Olivia asked.
"How?"
"They log in."
I laughed. "Okay, that was actually good."
After a few minutes, I noticed Liv shivering beside me. I removed my arm from around her waist, looking at her.
"Are you cold, Liv?" I asked.
"A bit." She answered.
I took off my sweatshirt and handed it to her. "Here."
"No, it's okay." Olivia denied.
"No, I'm hot. Take it. Please." I insisted.
Olivia smiled as she took the hoodie, putting it on. I noticed her cheeks turn a light shade of pink as she slipped it on, the hood staying on her head.
"You pull it off better than I do." I flirted.
Liv playfully rolled her eyes at me before placing her head back on my shoulder. I put my arm back around her waist and kissed the top of her head.
We stayed there for another 2 hours before riding back home on our bikes. I walked her up to her front door where we started to say our goodbyes for the night.
"Hey, Liv?" I asked.
"Yeah?" She turned to me after she opened her front door.
"So..." I started to play with my fingers as I got nervous. "You can totally say no to this if it's too early but I really like you and I want to give you the world. Will you be my girlfriend?"
A big smile formed on her face before she threw her arms around my neck and kissed me deeply on the lips. I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her back.
"I'd love to be your girlfriend." Liv softly said against my lips.
Olivia's pov
I walked into school wearing Madison's hoodie. I walked to Conans locker where we usually all meet up in the morning.
"Hey, my amazing friends." I greeted them all with a big smile.
"Hey. Why are you so happy this morning?" Jenna asked me.
"Wait." Ellie said as she looked at the hoodie I was wearing. "I've seen that hoodie before. Where have I seen that?"
"Is that Madisons?" Iris wondered.
"Mhm. You are looking at a taken women." I told them. "Again. But this time with a girl that I really like and treats me really well."
"About time." Conan said. "Congrats."
"Hey, babe." Madison walked up to us, wrapping her arm around my shoulders. "You tell them the good news."
"I did." I laced my fingers with her hand that was draped over my shoulders. "They're happy."
"Molivia is finally real." Jenna said.
"Molivia? Is that like our ship name now?" Madison asked.
"Yup. Whether you like it or not, that's what i'm calling you guys." Jenna replied.
"Okay." I chuckled.
