Madison's pov (July 23rd, 2019)

I grasped onto my girlfriend's bare hips and kissed her deeply as she straddled my waist, wearing only her bra and shorts. The two of us were getting ready to go to the town fair before we shared a kiss and then got a little too carried away.

"Are you still coming to the fair?" Conan wondered.

"We'll be down in five minutes." I told him, earning a small squeeze on the arm from Liv. "Ten minutes." I corrected myself.

Conan rolled his eyes at us before he left the room, shutting the door behind him. I let out a sigh as I got back on top of Liv.

"Remind me to start locking my door." I told her.

She giggled before putting her hands on my face and pulling me in for another kiss. "Come here."

I smiled into the kiss as I reached into the drawer of my bedside table, pulling out a condom.

Liv looked at our friends as we approached them in my living room. "We're ready."

"Finally." Jenna rolled her eyes as she stood up from my couch. "Fyi, your room is not soundproof."

Liv and I held hands as we walked around the fair a few feet behind our friends. I looked at all the games as we passed by them.

"I'm gonna win you a prize." I told Liv.

"You don't have to, baby." She replied.

"I want to." I said as I made my way over to one of the games where you had to throw a football into a hole.

Liv stopped our friends as she followed me, the others following her. She stood next me as I handed my money to the worker and she handed me three footballs.

"Madi, you know these are rigged, right?" Ellie asked me. "You're not gonna win."

"I think you're forgetting that I'm the new captain of the football team and I lead our school into the championships for the first time in 17 years. I can win." I chuckled.

I picked up one of the footballs and threw it into the hole with ease, doing the same to the other two. I smiled as the worker handed me a big stuffed animal of a giraffe.

"What were you saying, Ellie?" I smirked at her before turning to Liv with a smile and handing her the stuffed animal. "Here you go, Livie."

"Oh, it's so cute!" Olivia exclaimed with the biggest smile I've ever seen. "I'm gonna name it Madi."

"I'm honoured." I blushed as Liv leaned up and kissed me on the lips.

We all went on about two rides before deciding to go into the fun house. Liv stopped in front of one of the mirrors that made her look really tall.

"Look. For once I'm taller than you." Olivia smiled at me.

I let out a small chuckle before moving to stand next to her in the mirror so that I was taller than her. Liv took out her phone and held it up to take a picture of us. I put two fingers behind her head, giving her bunny ears as I smiled. She laughed before taking the photo.

"I love you." I said.

"I love you way more." Liv replied.

After we went through the fun house we all decided to get a snack. I bought myself a strawberry lemonade and I bought Liv a funnel cake.

"Can I try some of your funnel cake?" I asked Liv.

"Yeah." She tore off a piece of her funnel cake, feeding it to me with a smile.

I chewed it as she rested her head on my shoulder. "So I was thinking of writing a song and playing it in the fall talent show. What do you think?"

"I think that's a great idea. The perfect start to your future career as a rock star." Liv encouraged me.

I let out a chuckle. "Only problem is I've never performed in front of a crowd before. Is it scary?"

"At first." Liv gave me a small shrug. "But I think you can handle it. And if you decide you're too scared than maybe we could perform together."

I smiled at her. "Thank you, Liv."

"You're welcome." Liv placed a kiss on my cheek.

"You guys are like a hallmark movie with the way you write songs for each other and perform together." Iris told us.

"I'll take that as a compliment." I replied before winking at Olivia.
