A Foxy Detective!

Chapter 25

Frost Travis father froze as he sat there without blinking and his mouth open. The newcomer was the same height as Marie. Brown eyes, broad chest and wide hips, rounded face with pointed ears. No beard, thin yellow eyebrows, with his yellow hair, sharp chin and nose. Purple face paint underneath his eyes that highlights his brown eyes. Normal looking teeth, smells like a Nymph from the way he had a smoky and wood smell to him. 

He wore no shirt so you could see his shiny white skin and muscles with his six's pack. He also had scars across his chest. A long scar that went from his front left collar bone down to the right bottom of his chest was at. He also had several bullet wounds on his body, burn marks, electrical marks as well. He even had a white mark on his left side of his temple from where someone must of tried to kill him with a blunt force object. This guy wore green navy baggy pants, brown belt, and white crocks that were heavy duty. He even had four dog tags around his neck that were from the military of what type Travis did not know.

Frost finally spoke with a look in his eyes that he seen a ghost which in this case maybe he was Travis didn't know but whoever he was he was important to his father. "How...How...you..you died! I heard and saw you take your last breath before they threw me out of the hospital when I did not want to leave."

The guy's voice was raspy but not deep and not hard to understand him "How I am alive is a secret, but let's just say that nature intervened when a couple of my enemies threw me into the woods. They are already dealt with so you don't need to try and find them anyway it great to see you old friend. I just have to say that you didn't kill me it was a mistake and one that anyone could make so don't blame yourself anymore. I mean who do you think told them that you were innocent in the first place when you were in the court room." 

Frost stood up and embraced the guy who chuckled as Travis father chuckled with him "It's good to see you Cole. I never thought that I would actually get to speak with you like this except for your grave but this is even better. It's been difficult since your passing and hearing that your body was never found when I went back to the hospital was a blow to my heart knowing one of friends body was in the wind. I never suspected that you were alive and thus your body was never found because you were walking the earth." 

Cole laughed then said while they broke the hug up quickly and Frost sat down "Yeah. If you want to talk about difficult try having a acid/fire breathing dragon as a wife! I have to be careful not to make her angry or upset because I would be set on fire although sometimes it didn't work and accidents happened."

He then got up and handed a cell phone to Marie. It was her cell phone and she smiled at him while he got a serious face saying while looking at her "I tailed the girl who was heading to the judge to arrest him and I am happy to report that everything went well. Nothing happened that was bad and I didn't have to step in to stop anything. Also while I was away Travis ex girlfriend called Tracy or was it Lacy..yeah it was Lacy! Anyway she was mighty upset crying and wanting to talk to you again for the fourth time."

Travis looked at Marie with a raised eyebrow but she just smiled at him then she leaned over to whisper in his ear "It's a girl thing you wouldn't understand." She then leaned closer and kissed him on his cheek as he felt her most lips on his cheek and his face heating up. She giggled before she got up with her phone in hand and said while walking out the front door "I will be back I am going to call her back it sounds she needs a little bit of more support right now. Also Cole you are free to leave when you want to that is but remember that a lot of people don't know you are alive right now anyway."

Cole nodded his head at her as she opened the door and walked outside before closing the door. He then turned towards everyone smiling "Sorry Frost I am going to have to call it here for right now and hightail it back to my wife before she comes looking for me. Anyway it was nice hearing from you and to see you as well. Maybe later we can meet up again and chat about the good old days. Oh! How I think the you know who are here and I think you should talk to them about saving us that day on the bridge." Frost did not say anything he just nodded as he friend left out the back door after Frost gave him his number for his cell phone.
