As the last hope fades away,
I too become a hollow shell,
You weren't there, not even today,
If only I had seen it, I could tell.

Just as Mrs. Jeon predicts, the moment Jungkook's friends arrive, the peaceful atmosphere of the farmhouse dissolves into chaos. The once serene space is now filled with loud voices and heated arguments, turning the place into a lively, if somewhat chaotic, scene.
Yugyeom, his voice booming over the chatter, stands with his arms crossed, glaring at Bambam. "I know Jungkook the best! Whenever he needs someone, he comes to me. I'll be the best man, and that's final!"
Bambam, not one to back down, crosses his arms as well, his tone equally defiant. "Oh, please! If anyone should be his best man, it's me. I've known him longer, and I've been there for him through everything. You're just jealous!"
Their voices only grow louder, each trying to outshout the other, as they continue to argue with increasing fervor. The tension between them escalates, with both of them getting more heated by the second, their faces flushed with the intensity of the debate.
Eunwoo, who has been sitting on the side, massaging his temples, groans in frustration. His headache is worsening with every word they throw at each other, and he can feel his patience wearing thin. "For the love of God, shut up!" he shouts, his voice cutting through their argument like a knife. "One more word, and I'll knock you both out. And I swear, I'll make sure you stay locked in a room until the wedding is over!"
The threat is enough to make both Yugyeom and Bambam pause, though they continue to glare at each other, neither willing to admit defeat.
Meanwhile, Mingyu sits across from Eunwoo, still somewhat lost in his own thoughts. He hasn't fully recovered from his recent heartbreak, and the loud arguments only seem to make his heartache worse. His eyes are distant, unfocused, as if he's still trying to process everything that has happened.
Jimin, who has been watching the whole scene unfold with a frown, can't help but make a face. He turns to Taehyung, who is standing beside him, and mutters, "They're a bunch of weirdos. Seriously, why is Jungkook even friends with them?"
Taehyung glances at Jimin, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips. "Are you any less weird than them?" he shoots back with a raised eyebrow. Shaking his head, Taehyung decides to leave the chaotic room behind, muttering something under his breath as he walks away.
Jimin rolls his eyes, watching Taehyung go, before sighing and looking back at the ongoing argument, which hasn't fully died down despite Eunwoo's threat.
Taehyung makes his way through the house, searching for some semblance of calm. He eventually finds his parents outside, where they are busy giving directions to the decorators. The farmhouse, which had only two days before been in a festive mood, has now fully transformed into a wedding venue. Flowers in shades of white and light blue adorn every corner, and the once familiar space is now unrecognizable in its wedding finery.
