The next morning, Taehyung and Mr. Kim are getting ready to head out for the day. Taehyung, dressed in a sleek, dark suit, adjusts his tie in the hallway mirror, his expression focused. Mr. Kim, standing beside him, checks his watch and gives his son an approving nod.

"We'll be back later in the evening," Mr. Kim says, looking over his shoulder at Jungkook, who is standing beside Mrs. Kim. "Make sure you two don't get into any trouble."

Jungkook chuckles softly, nodding. "Don't worry, Dad. I'll take good care of Mom."

Taehyung glances at Jungkook, a small smile tugging at the corner of his lips. "If you need anything, just call me, okay?" His voice is gentle, a slight shift from his usual teasing tone.

Jungkook nods, offering a reassuring smile to both of them. "We'll be fine. Mom and I are planning to go shopping and sightseeing once I'm done with some work. You guys don't worry."

Mrs. Kim smiles warmly, patting Jungkook's arm. "Oh, that sounds lovely. You boys go and handle your business. I'll keep this one entertained," she says, playfully nudging Jungkook.

With one last wave, Taehyung and Mr. Kim leave for the office, leaving Jungkook alone with Mrs. Kim. Jungkook watches them go before turning back to Mrs. Kim. "I'll just finish up my work quickly, and then we can head out."

"That's perfectly fine, Jungkook," Mrs. Kim replies, settling herself comfortably on the couch. "Take your time."

Jungkook retreats to his room, closing the door softly behind him. The silence of the room feels like a familiar weight as he sits on the bed and pulls out his file. He flips through the pages of projects, picking up where he left off last night. Each proposal is carefully laid out, detailing the roles, concepts, and expectations.

As he skims through the modeling projects, Jungkook finds himself drawn to two in particular: one for a high-end cosmetic brand, and another for a luxury fashion company. Both are big names, and the potential exposure they offer is impressive. He runs his fingers over the images and concepts, weighing them in his mind.

He decides on the fashion campaign. It fits his style better, and the concept feels fresh—something that aligns well with his current image. Plus, it's a brand he genuinely likes, which makes the choice easier.

Then he turns to the movie project proposal, his interest immediately piqued. It's from a renowned independent director known for creating intricate, character-driven narratives. The film is a suspense murder mystery with an undercurrent of romance—an enticing combination that makes Jungkook's heart beat a little faster as he reads the character description.
