Today is the start of a new school year. Some were excited to go back to school to meet their friends, some were not excited instead they were exhausted and didn't want to go back to school and some others were...

The sound of an alarm was heard throughout the room but the person who set the alarm didn't wake up, still in deep sleep.
A few moments later, the person finally woke up. She stretched her arm out to reach the clock and turned off the alarm. They got up from their bed, stretched a bit, and went to the bathroom to wash themselves.

After they washed themselves, they wore their uniform and went downstairs to get their breakfast. They made a bowl of cereal with milk then headed to her couch with their bowl in their hand.

They put the bowl of cereal on the coffee table and picked up the remote to turn on the TV.
The morning was peaceful, only the sound of TV and munching was heard in the room until a call was heard. They picked their phone, put it close to their ear and answered.

"Y/N! Where are you!?" A female voice said on the other side of the phone.

"At home..." Y/N said lazily, still a bit sleepy.

"Are you kidding me?!" The girl exclaimed then another girl spoke more casual than the first girl.

"It's almost time for the school meeting."

"What? The school meeting is at 8 am-" Y/N was confused. The school meeting is at 8 am but right now, it was 7:54 am-

When Y/N saw the time, she choked on the cereal. She quickly drank some milk to not die on her first day of high school. When she was no longer choking, she quickly got up off her couch, grabbed her school bag and rushed out of her house to go to school.

She ran, ran and ran like there was no tomorrow. She couldn't be late or else her auntie, who's a teacher in her high school, will kill her. She promised she would not be late but here she is late, accidentally. She always keeps all her promises. For her a promise is very important and can't be broken.

7:58. She had two minutes left to arrive on time. You might think it's impossible but nothing was impossible for Y/N.

7:59. Y/N was closer to the school. She could see the entrance and her two friends waiting for her there. When they saw Y/N, Sana waved to her and gestured to her to come faster while Momo was dreaming about jokbal.

"You're finally here!" Sana said and exhaled a sigh of relief.

"Sorry Momo, Sana. I was-" Y/N was apologizing to her two friends but Sana cut her off.

"Apologize later, there's no time. We have to go to the gym." Sana said and grabbed both Momo and Y/N hands then they ran.

When they finally arrived at the gymn, Y/N fell to her knees, out of breath and exhausted from running so much. Some students were glancing at Y/N and thought she was weird. Momo and Sana helped her to get up then they went to their seat.

The school meeting started. Some teachers started to talk, Y/N didn't pay attention at all. She was too exhausted to understand what they were saying. After the teachers it was the turn of the school principal. She also didn't pay attention at all. After the principal finished talking, it was the turn of the student council's president. When She heard that, she immediately paid attention to her.
