Time flew by unnoticed as Tzuyu and Y/N continued their movie marathon with Butter and Kaya.
Hours ticked by as they enjoyed each other's company, laughing at the movies and savoring the snacks. Before they knew it, the night passed and the sun rose.
Looking at the scene in the room, one of the girls was on her stomach on the floor, looking somewhat uncomfortable. On the couch, the other girl slept more peacefully, with Kaya and Butter cuddled up next to her.
Y/N slowly woke up from the brightness of the sunlight. She tried to open her eyes, but the light forced them to shut again. After a moment, she opened her eyes once more, adjusting them to the brightness.
"How... did I end up on the ground...?" she mumbled.
Y/N groggily got up. Jer gaze fell on Tzuyu, snuggled up with Butter and Kaya, she couldn't help but smile affectionately at the adorable sight.
"You two are lucky you're so cute... Thieves who stole my place..." Y/n joked.
Y/N, with an idea in mind, made her way to the kitchen where Tzuyu had left their phones. She picked up her phone and noticed the numerous missed calls on the screen.
Most of them were from a certain girl.
Y/N was going to call back when her phone suddenly vibrated in her hand. Startled, she hurriedly accepted the call without checking the caller ID.
"Hello??" Y/N answered, her voice filled with curiosity and a touch of uncertainty.
"Y/N?! Is it really you?!" Y/N immediately recognized the voice on the other end of the line. It was soft and filled with both worry and relief.
"Yes, it's me." Y/N confirmed, her voice carrying a sense of assurance.
"Really? I was so worried for you... I'm so happy nothing happened to you..." A sigh of relief was heard from the other end.
Y/N froze, guilt and remorse washed over her as she heard the worry in Mina's voice. She knew she had caused her worries again. The disappointment in herself weighed heavily on her heart.
"I- I'm sorry! I didn't mean to make you worry again. I swear! It's just that I didn't feel well, and then Tzuyu suggested we head home, and we thought about telling the girls and you... but we forgot, and I'm so sorry..." Y/N's words spilled out, her guilt and disappointment palpable in her voice.
"We had a lot of fun last night... So much that we forgot to tell you girls... We're so sorry! We didn't mean to... I-" Y/N's murmurs was abruptly stopped by Mina's gentle yet firm voice.
"Y/N! It's fine, okay? At least you're safe. That's all that matters most to me." Mina said softly, her words wrapping around Y/N like a hug.
The line remained silent for a moment as a comfortable atmosphere enveloped both ends of the call. After a while, Y/N spoke up, breaking the silence.
"We had a lot of fun, Tzuyu and I. It was the first time I went to her house, it's so beautiful!" Mina was listening, taking in every word and sentence that Y/N said to her. "Also!! I didn't know that but she had two dogs, two cute small dogs : Kaya and Butter! You don't know how they're so cute! Wait, the three might still be asleep. I'll take some pictures for you!" Y/N shared the details of her time with Tzuyu.
As Y/N stepped into the living room, she took pictures of the sleeping dogs and the sleeping beauty then sended it to Mina.
"They are so cute!"
"I know right!!"
