The ten girls decided to ride the ferris wheel known for its romantic atmosphere.
Not surprisingly, Momo paired up with Sana, and Mina paired up with Chaeyoung. This left Y/N with Tzuyu, Jeongyeon with Nayeon (who were forced to be together) and Jihyo with Dahyun as the remaining groups of two.
The queue slowly decreased as each pair went in the cabins of the ferris wheel. When it was Mina and Chaeyoung's turn, they stepped into their assigned cabin. Y/N watched as they sat down, and in that moment, her gaze met Mina's. She lifted her hand to the wave which Mina reciprocated.
After a brief wait, it was finally Y/N and Tzuyu's turn to go in the ferris wheel ride. They calmly positioned themselves on the seats, Y/N wearing an excited smile while Tzuyu had her usual indifferent expression but still looked excited.
Y/N's gaze shifted to Tzuyu, who wore an expression that was mix of excitement and fear.
"Are you not scared, Chewy?" She smiled at Tzuyu's enthusiasm and teased her gently.
Tzuyu shook her head, trying to hide her fear. Y/N couldn't help but let out a chuckle at the younger girl's attempt to appear fearless. She gently took hold of Tzuyu's hand, her touch a comforting gesture meant to ease the younger girl's anxiety.
The sudden movement of the ferris wheel caught both Y/N and Tzuyu off guard, causing them to jolt in surprise. Before they could fully process what had happened, they found themselves laughing at the unexpected start of their ride.
At that very moment, the night sky was illuminated with a colorful display of fireworks. All the girls turned their attention towards the stunning sight, captivated by the mesmerizing beauty of the fireworks.
Everyone else was focused on admiring the fireworks, but SaMo were likely eating each other's faces. Meanwhile, Nayeon and Jeongyeon, true to them, were engaged in their usual bickering.
"The fireworks are so stunning like me!" Nayeon exclaimed proudly.
"Not at all." Jeongyeon denied playfully.
"YAH! Why are you always teasing me!!" Nayeon turned with a pout at Jeongyeon, who had a big smile on her face.
Something about Jeongyeon's smile caught her eye; it was different than usual, and Nayeon couldn't quite put her finger on it.
"Well... It's cute how you react." Jeongyeon let out a soft laugh, her eyes sparkling with amusement.
As Nayeon listened to Jeongyeon's words, her eyes were on the latter's expression. It was then that she realized something about Jeongyeon's smile — it held affection and love. And that it was her everyday smile. Nayeon's own pouting expression softened as she realized, feeling a slight flutter in her heart.
"Stunning..." The words came out of Nayeon's mouth on their own. Both the girls were surprised at the unexpected words.
"The fireworks! They are stunning! Haha..." Nayeon quickly found something to say.
"Yeah..." Jeongyeon responded gently as she turned her gaze back towards the fireworks.
The reflection on the window revealed Jeongyeon's expression, her lips curved into a soft smile.

Tzuyu and Y/N sat in a comfortable silence, both of them captivated by the mesmerizing beauty of the fireworks spectacle unfolding before them.
Y/N was about to reach down to pick up her phone when her attention was caught by the sight of the cabin directly in front of hers. Her eyes widened as she recognized Mina and Chaeyoung inside, their bodies close together.
