We've arrived to the FBI's station in Seoul about three hours ago. They've putted me in a small cell while I'm waiting for my "judgement".
It's night time already, I hope Younha's okay. Is she back home ?
There's nobody left around the station, only one or two guardians watching the cells. It's very quiet.
At least it was until I can hear some footsteps approaching me and see a well known man stopping right on the other side of the bars.
Hyeonsok : How do you like being locked up ?
San : I'm not talking to you.
Hyeonsok : I understand that you're mad but you're not staying here for very long. You'll be proven innocent in the morning and when you'll get out, you will come with me.
San : Keep dreaming.
Hyeonsok : Be respectful to your brother, I saved your life you ungrateful piece of shit.
San : And somehow you're ruining it lately.
Hyeonsok : Very soon, you won't think that way anymore. You're coming with me and I'll turn you in a killing machine for the gang, we'll get our revenge for mom and dad's murder.
San : Fuck you, how did you even get in here ?!
Hyeonsok : Those guardians are some of my guys. Although, keep insulting me and I won't hesitate to hurt your pretty girlfriend.
San : What did you just say ?!
Hyeonsok : Your nice cousin picked her up for me.
San : I knew we couldn't trust him. Where is Younha ?!
Hyeonsok : Oh you'd love to know wouldn't you.
San : Bring her here so I can be sure she's okay. If she is, I'll join you.
Hyeonsok : That was even easier than I thought, she'll be here in a few minutes.
He leaves the room and a moment later, one of his guys comes in, holding Younha, her hands and mouth tied.
San : Baby, are you okay ?! I swear, I will kill Jongho, he took advantage of your trust !
She shakes her head negatively, obviously trying to tell me something.
San : Let her talk.
The guy doesn't argue and removes her gag.
Younha : It wasn't Jongho's fault, your brother trapped both of us. He came to bring me back to Seoul because he knew Hyeonsok was coming to get me and use me to make pressure on you. But as we arrived in the city, their car ran into ours, intentionally and they took me while leaving him on the side of the road.
San : Are you hurt ?!
Younha : Nothing important, but I'm really worried about Jongho, I don't even know if he's alive.
San : Listen to me, you can't do anything about it. We don't have a choice but to comply to whatever Hyeonsok wants, maybe you should join him too so we can be protected by him. And I really want to get revenge for my parents.
As I say those stupid words, I try to give her both obvious and discreet signals to reach for a bat that was laying next to the guardians desk.
She quickly understands and tries to grab it without the guy noticing, although he looks bored as hell and he isn't paying attention to anything that's going on, all to our advantage.
She manages to take it and somehow knocks out the guy even with her hands tied. Atta girl.
San : Damn I love you. If you look in the guardian's desk, maybe you can find a knife or something to get yourself free.
She opens and looks through the drawers, as best as she can with her hands still behind her back, and finally pulls out a knife, probably confiscated to one of the prisoners.
She cuts her rope and frees up her hands before coming to see me on the other side of the bars.
Younha : How can I get you out of here ?
San : It's not the priority, I'm safe. You need to find an agent, either Yunho or Mingi, they are the only ones we can trust to help us.
Younha : I'm not leaving you locked up in this shit hole.
San : It's only a few more hours, I'll be okay. Save yourself for now.
She looks discreetly through the small window of the room.
Younha : I can't, we're surrounded by your brother's guys, but he's nowhere to be seen.
San : Then you have to find my phone, it's in the room right next door. They have all my stuff in a box with my name on it.
Younha : I'll try to be quick.
She leaves but returns much faster than I thought with the cardboard box.
Younha : It wasn't hidden and I got your phone right here. What's your password ?
San : 0101.
Younha : Is that...
San : The day we got together ? It is.
Younha : That's very cute, but not a very secure password.
San : Just call them.
She smiles mockingly and speed dials Yunho's number before telling him about the whole situation, putting the phone on speaker.
Calling Yunho
Yunho : How the hell did you grab your phone ?!
Younha : It's Younha, I took it for him.
Yunho : You know I could arrest you for that, what are you doing at the station ? Mingi told me you were safe.
Younha : That's what I told him but the events took a bad turn and I need your help, ASAP.
She quickly explains the situation and thankfully, Yunho understands.
Yunho : So we can't even trust other agents, huh. I'll call Mingi and we'll be on our way. However, I'm gonna need to see that video.
Younha : I understand but we don't have it yet, he's planning on bringing it in the morning to the station. Do you think you can trust us meanwhile ?
Yunho : Mingi would kill me if I didn't. We'll be here in a minute but while you wait, you can open the cell, the keys are in my desk. You'll find my office easily, my name's on the door.
Younha : When you get here, please be careful, we're surrounded by them.
Yunho : Don't worry, they're more scared of us than we're scared of them.
They end the call and Younha hands me my phone.
San : How are they all nice to you but assholes to me ?
Younha : I don't know but that's a question for another time, I've got to get you out of here.
