I watched in anger as he talked and laughed with my parents like he was welcome here, he knew I didn't want him here that was why he was taking out his time to tell me my parents did.
“ Oh, before I forget, I'd like to invite you all to dinner on Wednesday, if that's okay, my Mom would like the family to have dinner together before the wedding," he said politely like he was actually polite.
I couldn't help but roll my eyes and my Mom saw. Shit, Lilly keep the act together.
Was this what he was going to say? He should have just said it and be on his way, he didn't have to sit for breakfast with us.
Damn, another thing was I didn't like seeing his mother, she always made it look like it was a good idea marrying him, she was too loving. Only if they had another son, I would have married him.
“ Mom, I really needed to go, thank you for the food," I said as I stood up,
“ Oh, that's good, let's go together, I'll drop you off," Antonio said as he stood up too and my Mom was looking at us with lovie dovie eyes.
“ There's no need to drop me off, I can drive," I said as I pulled my chair and came out,
“Don't be silly Lilly, allow your fiance be a gentleman, go with him," my Mom said,
“ For once just don't complain," My Dad said and I glared at him, complain? Was I complaining? I just don't want to be anywhere near that man.
“ Fine, whatever you say is right," I said and I walked out of the dining room, heading towards the door.
“ Shouldn't you be grateful that an arrogant bitch like you gets to sit in a car with me?”
“ Well, this arrogant bitch doesn't want to sit in a car with you," I said as I looked at him with a glare,
We walked outside the house and I was about to walk to my car but his voice stopped me,
“ Your parents are watching, at least they won't see me as the bad guy in the picture," he said and I closed my eyes trying to control myself before I say something mean,
“ Fucking shit," I cursed before I turned around and walked to his car,
He opened the car door for me like the gentleman he wasn't, trying to show my parents.
“ Fuck you," I said before entering the car,
“ In your dreams," he said before he closed the door,
“ Have a great day Mr and Mrs Vincent," I heard him say as he waved at them before turning around to the driver's side as he got in and closed the door.
“ Here take this, I wouldn't want you dirtying my car," he said as he handed me a hand sanitizer,
“ What the fuck? Are you being serious?" I asked as I folded my hands looking at him,
“ You might as well go drive your own car or take the sanitizer," he said and I took it with gritted teeth, biting back what I wanted to say,
I applied the sanitizer and threw it back on his lap.
“ You need it too for your attitude," I said and he chuckled,
“ Maybe I should get a bigger one for yours but the thing is that your bad attitude can't be taken care of by a sanitizer, no amount of sanitizer can clean the fact that you'll always be a bitch, put on your seatbelt ma'am as much as I want you to die I don't want that to be in my car," he said and I turned to see that I hadn't fastened my seatbelt.
I never forget to, it's just that I was in the wrong car.
I fastened my seatbelt as he started the car and drove out of our mansion.
The car ride was quiet but I knew there were murderous thoughts going through our heads.
What else am I supposed to think when I'm sitting in a car with my worst enemy?
The car suddenly stopped and I turned to look at Antonio in confusion.
Why did he stop?
“ Get out," he said,
“ Excuse me," I said in confusion,
“ The last time I checked your ears work well except they suddenly have issues, I said fucking get out of my car," he said and I opened the car door and got out,
“ What the fuck is this?" I asked him in anger,
“ You've got legs, use them," he said before he closed the car door and drove off and I just stood there in utter shock.
