Antonio was rushed to the hospital by helicopter. I've never been so confused about a situation like I was at that moment. One minute he was being a total asshole annoying the hell out of me and getting on my nerves and then the next minute he was scaring the shit out of me.
You know I didn't take him seriously at first because I thought it was one of his crazy pranks not until I saw that he could barely stand. I forgot I didn't like him and was running around like crazy until help came.
“ He's doing okay now, you don't have to look so worried," I heard Leo say as he handed me a cup of coffee.
“ Who said I was worried? He claims to be a big man so I knew he would be fine," I said and he hummed,
" There's something I'd like to ask you,” I suddenly said as Leo turned to me with a raised brow.
" And what would that be?” He asked,
" What happened to his legs, I mean not now like in general, why he couldn't walk back then in school?” I asked,
" I don't think I should be the one to answer that question, you should ask your husband,” he said but I shook my head,
" Just forget it, forget I asked,” I said as I emptied the cup of coffee and threw the empty cup in the trash.
I opened Antonio's room door to see him awake as he talked and laughed with his parents. They didn't even notice me opening the door because they were so focused on their son.
His Mom said something to him and he rolled his eyes and the next thing he received was a slap on the head, I couldn't help but laugh at the sight and that got their attention as they all turned to me.
“ Hey honey," his Mom said as she walked to me and hugged me,
“ There's no need to cry," she said as she patted my back,... “ he's doing okay now,"
Cry? I wasn't crying. But as my finger touched my eyes I realized that there were indeed tears in my eyes. It must be because of the scene I witnessed, I've never received so much love from my parents. I had nannies and they thought that was enough for me.
“ You must have been so worried, your husband can give someone a scare sometimes, he acts like a baby," she said as she pulled away from the hug.
“ Mom, can you stop?” Antonio said and his Mom laughed.
" You still owe me a box of love letters Mom,” I said just to annoy Antonio further.
“ Oh my dear, you'll definitely get it, you do not need to remind me," she said and I smirked as my eyes went Antonio.
Lilly - one.
Antonio - zero.

They all left my room after bugging the life out of me. I just wanted to sleep after all the traumatizing time with that woman.
The door opened and I thought they were back until I saw it was Leo.
“ We both know nothing is wrong with you Antonio, why did you do that?" Leo asked as he walked to the chair beside me and sat down.
“ I was fucking tired and that was the only way I could escape that place, you don't know… you don't know how…”
" How much you stopped yourself from touching her,” he said and I scoffed.
" Think whatever you want, but what I wanted to say is that you don't know how much she pisses me off.” I said and he just hummed like he didn't believe me.
There was no other reason except that. I couldn't stand her, especially with the way she kept throwing herself at me. It was fucking disgusting. So to put a stop to it I had to up an act. That was the only way because I knew my Mom, if we returned earlier than our supposed date there would be trouble.
“ But you do know you made your parents worried and you scared her too," he said,
“ I'll make it up to my parents as for her I don't care," I said, already tired of the topic.
“ Listen to me Antonio, I'm going to say this as your best friend, you better stop this before you'll regret this little game you're playing, you might be having fun now but don't forget that your actions might come back to bite your ass," he said and I shook my head.
“ You're so forgiving Leo, maybe because you weren't the one that went through everything I did,"
“ But it's all in the past," he said, trying to reason with me.
“ Do you remember that certain February 14th?" I asked him but he shook his head.
" Good, lemme remind you,”
