New Girl (Boys of tommen fanfic)

Five

With tray in hand. I look around the cafeteria. By the wall sits a familiar head. I walk up to him.

Taking the seat before my brother I say hi. He grunts around the food in his mouth.

"Disgusting" I grumble under my breath. He narrow's his eyes but let's it be.

"How was your morning" he asks. Thinking about it, it was not so bad. I made a friend I think. Well, I hope I did.

"It was good. You?" I ask between bites of my lunch. "It was fine"

I nod. Glancing around the room. I find people talking to their friends, having fun.

I find Aoife sitting with a blond guy. Who's staring lovingly at her. Good for her.

They are sitting by a long table. Probably the biggest table in the whole cafeteria.

Around them sits four more girls and a bunch of guys. It does not look like Aoife's boyfriend fits in. His hair is messy and I can see some tattoos peking out from his uniform.

While the other guys have that preppy look. And the confidence of half the bunch is massive.

Probably rugby player's.

I'm surprised to see Katie sitting on the other side of Aoife.

"What's you looking at" Owen asks. I look away and focus my attention to Owen. "Huh" I ask confused.

He repeat's his comment.

"Oh, Nothing just looking around" he gives me a nod. We both are startled by the sound of someone arguing.

Looking behind me I frown. By one of the tables sits my sister alone. And a boy is standing before her, he is throwing his arms around clearly agitated.

"What the.." Owen says before he starts to stand.

The cafeteria has quiet down and most of the sound is the boy yelling. Everyone is starting at them.

I follow to stand and start to follow Owen across the room to my sisters table. Some guys at the rugby table have stood up to watch the commotion.

When I arrive Owen stands beside Ciara and the yelling boy. Arms crossed he looks down his nose at them.

I stop beside him. "Could you explain to me why you are yelling at my sister" he asks in his parenting tone of voice.

The redhead boy gulps "She...she sold.. she sold me a Radio who doesn't work. And she's refusing to give me my money back" he answers stammering.

Owen nods. Then all his focus is on Ciara. "Well, is it true" she looks irritated and annoyed.

"No!" She answers fast. "I fixed that thing, and it's working. He's trying to rip me off" she says furiously.

"No I'm not. You sold me crap" the boy yells and they continue to argue with each other. I clap Owen on the back. "You did your best" he shakes me of.

His jaw tick's. Taking a deep breath he tries again.

"Stop" he puts his hand on Ciara's mouth. Shutting her up. I start to crackle by the look Ciara sends Owen.

He looks down at me."you to, shut up" I roll my eyes.

"Now, Ciara I want you to give him his money back." He turns his gaze to the boy. "And you. Give Ciara her radio back"

Both children grumble under their breath. But do what he said.

The boy leaves and some clapping can be heard. Owen picks up her backpack and I take her tray. Together we walk back to our table.

"That was so not fair" Ciara complaints. "Life not fair" I answer her.

"Urh" Ciara lets out a big huff. Owen and I ignore her and continue to eat.

The big doors of the cafeteria opens and in comes a boy running up to the table aoife sits. He says something to them then aoife's boyfriend raises and sprints out.

A little brunette follows. So do aoife and the others.

"Fight!" Someone screams from the hallway.
"Tadhg and Larry!" Some other screams.

That got Ciara's head to raise. "Lerry is that redhead" she offers.

We both look at her. She has got that creepy smile on her face. I and Owen glances at each other.

"I hope tadhg wins" she laughs without humor. " Larry doesn't deserve to win"

"Tone it down, troublemaker" Owen says. I nod my agreement not a fan by this side of her.
