The first week of school was over before I knew it.
I had seen him around. Masen was always surrounded by people.
They talked about his success in rugby and most of all his dad.
Because Masen Shaw was the son of the famous football player Aiden Shaw.
When I came home covered in coffee I told Hellen what happened. She freaked.
It happened like this...
I walked in through the door. Hellen was cleaning the kitchen and when she glanced at me a sharp gasp could be heard.
"What happened!" She left everything on the kitchen counter and hurried over to me.
"Nothing serious" I said to make her calm down. "Just a little accident on my way home"
She helped me take my jacket off so she could clean it later. "It doesn't look like a small accident" She said with concern.
I didn't think she would be home until later, so I hadn't thought about what I should say.
So I settled by shrugging. " This one guy Masen bumped into me, when I was making my way out from the coffee shop"
She nodded. " well, he should watch where he's walking" she said with frustration.
I left to take a shower and she cleaned my jacket and nothing more happened that night.
