(Surprise! Azzies pov!)
I listen to the adults talk about the angels invading hell.
I don't know if I want to be here anymore, what if daddy gets attacked? What if sebastian does.?
That's scary..
I look up at my papa.
"Papa..I have to go to the bathroom.."
"Its right outside to the left. Come right back okay?" He says, letting me down.
"Okay.."
I walk out of the meeting room, walking to the left. No.
I turn and walk out of the building.
I dont want to be there..I'm just gonna sit outside..
Once I get outside I look around.
This place is kinda bright.
I sit down on the curb, fidgeting with the ring papa bought me the first time we went to the shops.
"Sweetheart what are you doing alone-?"
I look up..its grandma hartfelt..
"Azzie? Where's Lu?"
"He's in a meeting.." I mumble, knowing I really shouldn't be out here alone.
"Hm.."
she sits next to me, "what are you thinking?"
"Nothing."
She sits there for a moment, before getting up and offering me her hand. "Cmon, let me show you something."
I take her hand and she holds mine as we cross the street.
"You know your father used to do the same thing. He'd rather be alone than let someone help him. That was until your papa came along."
"Daddy said he can't sleep without papa."
"Mhm.. I'm sure of that."
"Did someone hurt papa.?"
She stops looking down at me, "why do you ask?"
"You know the adult stuff.. Papa has a scar on his mouth..and he doesn't like to talk about it.."
"Oh." She smiles softly and we keep walking.
"Did something happen..?"
"It's in the past, and not my business to tell, okay?"
"Okay.."
We stop at a small cafe, we sit down and she pulls out her phone. Texting someone.
"Alright..just letting Lu know I have you."
The woman waiting tables walks up to us,
"Hello! What can I get for you today?"
"I'll have a tea, sugar and milk please."
"Alrighty, and for you sweetheart?"
I look up at her, I don't like talking to strangers.
In hell it's life threatening.
"Uhm..chocolate milk?"
"Okay!"
She walks off, leaving me and grandma hartfelt.
