I hold a piece of paper in my hand, reading over the highlights of the meeting again.
"Fuck." I mutter. "They're trying to start a war with us. A war hell doesn't want."
"Can't we just tell sera?" Al asks.
"She isn't in the loop, I can garuntee that, which means they're not going to listen to her anymore."
He sighs,
"Well..when do you go up there?"
"Tuesday. Until then we have family to worry about."
"Right." Al looks up from his desk. "Speaking of which, where are the children-?"
"Azzies having a tea party with Niffty in the lobby, and sebastians in the apartment drawing."
He nods.
"How do we go about this?" I ask.
"Just explain to him what it is, how it works, and it's his decision from there."
I get up from the chair I used to read in, before the kids.
I dont remember the last time I picked up a book.
Walking over to his desk and sitting in his lap.
"Tired?"
"You have no idea." I mumble.
My phone rings and I pull it out of my pocket, rosies calling?
I answer it, "hello?"
"Hey dear, is Al around?"
"He is, have a message for him?"
"I uh, need to speak with him,"
I hand Al the phone, he gives me a confused look.
"Why one earth are you handing me that thing"
"It's rosie, take it."
He sighs and take the phone, putting it up to his ear.
"Rosie my dear, you know how I feel about these disgusting devices. Make it quick."
I rest my head on his chest, yawning.
I feel his hand rest against my waist, as he losten to rosie, I can tell its serious because his relaxed expression dropped the moment she began talking.
I wanna know..the hek.

"Right. I'll be there in a moment." He says.
"What-?" I mumble, looking up, he hands me my phone.
"I've gotta pop over to rosies," he picks me up and takes me back to my chair, setting me down.
"For what..?"
"It's nothing," he kisses me, before backing away into the shadows.
