(Alastors pov)
I yawn, brushing out my hair.
Setting down the brush I pull it back into a ponytail, it's definitely getting long, longer than I'm used to.
I turn to the bed, Lu's sleeping still.
He was up twice last night, thankfully he didn't wake the kids with those 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐲 screams..
I love him, to death, really, but my gosh have I had enough with the screams..
"Daddy.." a little voice whispers,
I look over at the door, and there stands sebastian,
*yes?*
*whats for breakfast..?"
*I'll be down in a moment, probably eggs and bacon,* I answer.
*okay,* he runs off,
"Did he just speak??" A barely awake Lu asks.
"Huh-?"
"He spoke to you.." he sits up. "How long has that been happening.?"
"The first time he disappeared, when he asked about being able to hear."
"Why didn't you tell me.."
"I wasn't sure he wanted others to know. He usually only does so when no one else is around to hear him."
He looks at the door, his eyes tearing up a bit.
"He's got the cutest little voice.."
"Honey.."
I walk over and give him a hug, I don't really understand the water works, I mean, he only spoke. I guess it's surprising but not worth crying. Then again I can't feel a whole lot of emotions, maybe this is normal, but I don't know.
He hugs me back. "You are 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐝.."
"Mon roi, not to be that person, but you quite literally hated me during that song."
"Well I was stupid, shut up!" He smacks my arm.
I chuckle, "okay," I kiss his forehead.
"Nerd."
"If I'm a nerd that means you're the fiance of a nerd."
"...stop it!"
I laugh, him returning a pout.
"I am terribly sorry for laughing, but you are adorable."
"Whatever!" His face brightens.
"I love you,"
"I love you too.."
