I look up at him, worry written on my face, im sure.
"You're willing to do that..for me?"
"I'm willing to sell my soul to the heavens above if it means you will be happy and safe."
This deal is risky.
It's more binding than a wedding.
It we reincarnated, our souls would be attached to eachother. In every reincarnation we'd be with each other. Even though we won't remember.
Of course im the devil and cant do that but it's also a deal between two souls. Except we can't let one another free.
Lilith and I never did it.
Thank goodness.
"Okay.."
I snap my finger and two rings appear.
A sleek silver one, and a gold one.
I hand Al the silver one.
As we each put them on and link hands he kisses my forehead.
A contract appearing in front of us.
The soul bind.
We both sign it.
The contract turning to sparks of magic, entering our rings.
And the deal is done.

We've been laying in the grass for hours.
Als finger running up and down my back in the most comforting way.
I missed him.
Theres not been much talking, just laying here.
"This mean youre coming back to the hotel?" He asks.
"..yeah."
"Good. Vanessa failed miserably at the meetings."
"Oh right.."
"Take your time though."
"No..we're trying to help people not make them suffer more,"
He chuckles a bit.
"Thats a bit harsh.." he says.
"Well maybe she needs a few meetings herself.."
He tilts his head slightly.
"What do you mean?"
"I think they'll benefit from it."
"Chained up souls can be redeemed?" He asks.
"Trying to figure that out."
"Odd."
"You're only saying that because you don't want to lose your souls," I respond, sitting up to look at him. "But you don't even need them for power. Technically you're a king now."
He smiles lightly.
"You're never allowed to leave again..I missed you."
He pulls me back down and hugs me.
Its crazy how much we've grown.
He hated me. Touch. And emotions.
And now he's clingy and sweet.
"I missed you too.."
We hold eachother, his finger trailing up and down my back once more.
I love him so much..
