That meeting was long and exhausting, Velvette showed up again, simply just to annoy Carmilla, and Zestial hadn't even shown up.
I push open the hotel doors and head to my office, but I'm stopped by a certain princess who is covered in...flour?
"Al..do you mind helping me.." She asks, and I snap my fingers to clean her up.
"I'm sorry dear, what have you done while I was away?"
"Well, I thought baking together would be a good way to bond. But then angel tripped husk and he fell into the flour and well..it went..everywhere." She blurts out, regret thick in her voice. I chuckle.
"That must be unfortunate. Is Niffty cleaning up for you?" I ask,
She nods. "Vaggies helping her, but I mean it's. Everywhere."
I sigh and we head to the kitchen, and she was not exaggerating..my clean kitchen was covered in flour. I snap my fingers and everything goes back to its shiny state.
"I do advise you all to never work in a kitchen." I say. I look around. Someones missing. Lucifer.
"Where is the king? Isn't he supposed to be apart of the hotel activities?" I ask.
Everyone gets quiet, and charlie looks guilty.
"I..uhm..might have brought up mom, and he asked to be left alone today." Charlie mumbles.
"The king was all' worked up" angel dust adds.
Niffty runs around my legs chasing a bug, And i pick her up.
"Niffty my dear, please do watch where you are swinging that knife."
"Sorry sir!" She cried, hugging my arm.
I set her down and walk out. Forget my paperwork. I just want to get back in my bed. Maybe for eternity.
I make my way to the hall where myself and charlies suites reside. My ears perk up when I hear the faint sobs. Who on earth is crying? I sigh and decide to figure out just that. My ears lead me to the suite of the kings. Oh.
                                          ...
"My leige?" I say, opening his door, fuck I should've knocked. My concern grows when i see the short king on the floor, his wings hugging him tightly. Why am I worried about him. I should just turn around and leave.
"What is wrong your majesty?" I ask instead.
He doesn't respond, his puffy red eyes looking up at me from the floor. Great..just..great.
