Another set of light, graceful footsteps come from behind the slayer. "I wouldn't be too sure about that." Laurent's deep, French accent informs her. The man jumps out of the tree and lands right behind Diana. The two vampires circle the girl, warily eyeing her up as she doesn't so much as flinch upon realising that it's two against one.

"You're ganging up on little old me?" Diana smirks, straightening herself up as she waits for the right moment to catch them off guard. She tilts her head as she stares at Victoria tauntingly. "I'm flattered."

The ginger hisses angrily at the girl. "We were looking for the snack but I suppose we'll have to kill you first." It isn't obvious, but there's a hint of fear in the vampire's red eyes.

James was strong and not just anyone can get the best of him- she knows that better than anyone. Laurent was ready to write it off as it just being the weapon that had appeared from nowhere, and presumed that without it she'd be powerless. However Victoria knows better than that, the axe may have been part of it but it's the wielder that they should be more fearful of,

"Sorry about that." Diana replies, pulling out the blood blag from her pocket and waving it in front of their faces. "Didn't mean to trick you or anything. Oh wait- Yes I did."

Laurent sighs. "Great, it's the witty banter portion of the fight." He's been in enough fights in the past to know that this just drags out the inevitable. There's also the chance that she could be distracting them until back up arrives- which if that is the case then he and Victoria will surely be done for.

"You're right, let's not do this." The slayer laughs, the knife that had been tucked inside her sleeve flies out and she tosses it at Victoria's head. She doesn't waste a second as the woman falls to ground to lunge at Laurent fist first. "I'd hate to waste time talking to lesser beings."

The man blocks her outstretched hand, but Diana had been predicting that. She sweeps his legs and grabs his ankles as he tumbles down, swinging the man by his foot at Victoria who had just started to get up. The two of them fly back into a tree, causing the trunk to splinter.

Victoria rips the blade out of her forehead, the mark it had made burns as it ever so slowly begins to heal, and shoves her associate off her. "I'm going to kill you." She makes a beeline for Diana at an impossible to match speed.

"Let's see about that." The slayer retorts, grabbing her outstretched arms. As the vampire writhes to break free of her hold, the blonde presses her foot against her chest. She uses the force to rip Victoria's arms clean off.

Diana throws her head back as she hears Laurent about to attack her from behind, slamming her skull into his face. It causes him to stumble back a few paces but it doesn't knock him down, so she quickly spins around and jams Victoria's arms into his stomach area- her hands reappearing through his back.

His skin around the injury begins to crack, but he still isn't out of commission yet. The cold ones aren't quite at strong as the other vampires but it seems that they are a hell of a lot more resilient. An injury like this would send the other ones running at the very least- if not dusting them.

She grabs his hair and tugs at it, his neck begins to crack and break as she pulls at it. However her momentary distraction allows Victoria to get a kick in- and a good one at that. The girl goes flying to the side, past the trees and crashing through the wall of an old hunting cabin.

The glass from the window shatters, the shards completely slice up her back but luckily she hasn't been impaled by any of them. Not that that would stop her from slaying the two of them. She rips herself off the ground at just the right moment as Victoria is heading straight towards her again.
