Bella is surprised to find both her sister and her father up before her. She heads downstairs and sees Charlie already dressed for work, sat at the table sipping away at his coffee whilst he read the local newspaper. Diana is nowhere to be seen but the small mess in the bathroom implies that she has been up for a while.

The front door opens and in steps a slightly sweaty Diana, dressed in workout clothes. A pair of headphones sit on her head, which are connected to the MP3 player clipped to her arm. "Coffee?" She asks to no one in particular as she steps into the kitchen. Charlie points to the mug sitting on the counter, steam still radiating from it implying he had expected for her to come in at any minute. "You're the best." She says, kissing his cheek as she passes by him.

Bella feels like an intruder seeing the father-daughter duo which seem to work like a well oiled machine. "Do you go running every morning?" She asks curiously.

"I try to." The blonde tells her, taking a sip from the pink mug- which is severely out of place compared to everything else she owns. "Do you want to join me sometime?"

The man sat at the kitchen table snorts at this, both at the thought of Bella running by choice and the idea of anyone keeping up with Diana's incredibly fast pace. Despite his tendency to eat unhealthily (which the blonde also does) the man is in rather good shape, especially for his age, he couldn't even match her slower pace nor did he have the energy to complete her regular course. "I think there's a better chance of pigs flying."

"Maybe someday." Bella responds politely, despite knowing full well she wouldn't. Not only does she hate any form of exercise, but it's only a little past six currently which means her sister has at least been up for an hour or so, and she can't stand the thought of waking up any earlier than she already has to for school.

Diana shrugs. "Suit yourself." The blonde tends to go running before going to school as she usually finds herself getting antsy being sat still for so long during first lesson without it. When she runs she can't usually make it until the end of the day without feeling like she is going to explode before running over to the Rez. Slayers don't tend to make a habit of sitting still and she certainly isn't the exception. "Do you want me to ride with you to school?"

As much as Bella knows she will likely attract a lot of attention today as the new girl, something tells her she'll attract even more if she arrives with Diana. Despite this, she likes the idea of not having to go in alone. "If you don't mind." She says quietly.

"It's not a problem, I mean I usually walk but the weather is already particularly bad today." The blonde shrugs, placing the empty mug in the sink.

The drive to the school is a tense one. Diana can feel the nervousness radiating from Bella snd tries to offer a few comforting words but they don't seem to be much help at all. The two of them part ways when they pull into the car park, per the brunette's request.

She sends a lazy wave to the Cullen's who have continued to stare at her, rather than ever even attempting to confront her. The girl had made it obvious that she knows they aren't human and yet they still continue to just keep an eye on her from afar.

Her first lesson of the day is Spanish, in which she sits next to a certain bear like boy. Compared to the rest of his family, he doesn't seem to be anywhere near as wary as the rest of them are. Instead he tends to pester her whilst she has no means of escape from him. "How about an arm wrestling contest?" Emmett asks her. Ever since she had managed to knock the books out of his hand he has been curious about her strength due to it being at least on par with his own.

"No." Diana responds, bored with his constant nagging.

At first he had been upset by her constant refusals, but now the more she does so the more determined he seems to get her to agree. "Are you fast? We could race each other. If you win against me, you should try running against Edward."
