The next morning, he woke up late because he had cried himself to sleep. He had to wear glasses to hide his name puffy eyes.

"Leehan! Good morning!" He flinched when he heard one of his school friends approaching him for a hug.

"Kwon!" He smiled and immediately opened his arms to welcome his friend.

"Damn, it's been a long time since I saw you!" Kwon chuckled and wrapped his arm around Leehan.

Leehan laughed and patted his friend's shoulder to calm him down because he was talking too fast.

"Let's just talk later!" Kwon chuckled but soon stopped when he saw Leehan not giving any reaction. "Hey... are you okay?"

"I'm fine," He smiled thinly and went back to sipping his coffee. Kwon narrowed his eyes while starting to make his own coffee.

"I think I remember you were the one who suggested the Valentine dinner with Mr. Han," He teased Leehan but he only heard a laugh from the latter.

"Oh come on, you're okay?" Kwon asked again but Leehan just nodded. "Wait, I don't know if that's the right question. Are you okay or are you guys okay?"

"It's complicated," Leehan jokingly rolled his eyes and turned around to prevent himself from sighing because he had been feeling heavy for a while now. And he had just had coffee too... he might collapse at this rate.

Instead of responding to Kwon's teasing, he just leaned his head on his friend's shoulder.

"Why are you here, Kwon?" He changed the topic. Kwon seemed to not mind so he shrugged.

"I came with Jessa, she needed to talk to the boss."

Leehan once again didn't say anything. He avoided the topic, but it came back again. What a pain.

"OMG!" Kwon screamed, startling Leehan and making him hold his chest.

"What the hell, man!" Leehan shouted back irritably and slapped his friend.

"I knew it!" Kwon shouted again. "You're jealous-"

Leehan covered his friend's mouth because of his loud voice. He once again slapped his shoulder to scold him but he continued talking even though his mouth was covered.

"Kim Donghyun."

Leehan looked up in surprise behind Kwon. He spotted his boyfriend at the kitchen entrance, standing while watching them.

He immediately panicked and thought if Taesan misunderstood, but it seemed like his boyfriend was just in a bad mood so he just let go of Kwon and stood up straight.

"In my office," Taesan said emotionlessly.

Then he turned around and left, and that's when Leehan noticed Sungho and Jessa standing behind Taesan.

Sungho was signaling him something like there was a knife on his neck and was making a face that said he was doomed while Jessa was grinning and called Kwon.

"Kwon, let's go... boss seems to be in a bad mood. Bye, Donghyun! Bye, Sungho!"

Damn... what happened?

_____________

Leehan knocked on the door three times in a row before opening the door and peeking inside the office.

He saw Taesan reading some documents with his brows furrowed and tie a little loose. He didn't look at him so he had to close the door and clear his throat to get his attention.

"Do you need something?"

Taesan looked up and glanced at Leehan who was just at the doorway and not approaching him.

"The paperworks-"

"I already finished it yesterday. You don't have to worry anymore. You just need to sign all of them." Leehan cutted him off.

He acted like he was looking at his watch as he stood up. "Min, I still have a lot to do."

"You can leave that for tomorrow. I already told the team to rest for now and just do light work."

Leehan wanted to sigh. Why couldn't his boyfriend understand? He really didn't want to talk to him right now. He didn't even want to see his swollen eyes.

"My coffee, I left it outside," Oh, this just shows how much he wanted to leave Taesan's sight. He hoped his boyfriend would take it away.

"Hannie," Taesan called him, making him stop and look back. He stood up straight and waited for his boss to say something again but he only heard him sigh.

"Is there something you want to say?" Leehan initiated the talk once more. He told himself, this is the last chance. If his boyfriend still won't respond, he would really leave.

"Nothing," Taesan seemed even more annoyed, making Leehan frustrated. "Sorry... you can go now."

Leehan smiled thinly before finally turning around. He took one step towards the door but was called again by Taesan.

"Leehan.."

It was quiet, calm, and a bit warm.

"Yes?" He replied softly, not turning around.

"I'm really... sorry about what happened last night," Taesan apologized. "Please tell me what I can do to make it up to you."

"It's okay," Leehan laughed weakly, even though he wasn't facing him. "Don't worry about it."
