"Love's potion"

Drinking my morning espresso, as the dawn breaks,
I gaze out the window, where Hogwarts awakes.
True love's a potion, hard to brew,
Patience the key, as any witch or wizard knew.

"They say she's worth the wait," whispers the breeze,
Like Dumbledore's words, soft, yet they seize.
For it's not the easy charm, nor fleeting flame,
But the one who sees you beyond the name.

A man once told me, in Diagon's narrow streets,
That quick spells fizzle, quick sparks retreat.
"Getting laid? A simple trick with a wand,
But true love's an ancient, unbreakable bond."

Misunderstandings swirl like a rogue hex,
Arguments brew strong, vexing perplex.
But to find someone who knows your very soul,
That, my friend, is the rarest goal.

So when you see her, in the shimmer of light,
Hold tight to her magic, through dark and bright.
Be genuine, be fair, like a wizard's true creed,
For love is the greatest enchantment we need.
