Her hips rotated up meeting my pelvis as she latched her lips back onto mine, I matched her rhythm and drove my hips into her core she let out a beautiful moan against my lips and at this point I just know what we wanted from each-other but we were...

"Okay so like, what's the deal with you and Reginald?" I sat on the dining table with my overcooked egg and almost burnt toast - I just lost track of time.
"What do you mean?" Ingrid had the audacity to ask me as she avoided eye contact and carried on emptying the tumble dryer, folding every item of clothing neatly and placing them into two separate piles.
"Well, everytime you get a message notification on your phone you giggle and I've caught you send the desserts you've made like twice now." I explained everything I'd been seeing for the past two weeks. I obviously came to the conclusion with Oliver that they had something going on and we were all for it.
I say all this to say, I really liked Reginald for my best friend. He was an absolute sweetheart and sent her the most thoughtful little gifts all the time, especially when she was down from her breakup with Xavier. I can only applaud his mother honestly.
I also caught her liking something related to dreadheads on social media, which was funny to laugh about but I never told her I saw that.
"Wow thanks for keeping tabs on me Sherlock Holmes," she rolled her eyes while she closed the tumble dryer door. She then decided to busy herself by washing the dishes- well the one mug in there.
Whenever Ingrid likes someone she gets an attitude, but not in an awful way it's just very adorable to witness too because none of us were born yesterday.
Oh yeah. She's guilty all right. But I'm outnumbered, next time I'll have to corner her with Tom.
"Anyway, how are you and Oliver?" She asked, diverting the question but it was okay because I loved talking about my man.
"Honestly? Amazing to be honest. Sometimes I get worried because I know couples go through that weird rocky patch after the honeymoon phase," I voiced as I pushed the plate of my poorly cooked breakfast away from me.
"Not your best work Aurora." I thought to myself.
"Some people genuinely are lucky enough to find someone they just fit with perfectly babe. I knew the moment he came here for your movie night that he was not going anywhere." She laughed but turned to face me after drying her hands.
"Yeah, you're right. I really do think I'm falling in love with him Ingrid, but I'm also scared." I let out.
"Scared of what?" She responded to me.
"Well, I can't help but sometimes think we're in the high now. What if that wears off? Especially when I'm no longer working there. Okay, I know he says he's fine and it'll be great for me but-" I explained but was cut off abruptly by Ingrid.
"Well what if it isn't a high? What if this is how it's going to be for the both of you guys for many years to come because you're both insanely compatible with each other? What if you continue to prosper in your career while your relationship grows stronger from making through different changes in life?" She said as she sat in front of me and clasped her hands together while looking directly into my eyes.
