"Anika, get in here!" My mom shouts.
I run into the room and don't believe what I see.
I gasp.
"Daddy?" I say
"Hey Anna" dad says, he used to always call me Anna but he hasn't in a while.
I give him a hug. I start to get teary eyed cause I'm so happy.
"You haven't call me that in so long" I say with a few tears escaping my eyes.
"I know. It just seemed right" he says
I don't want to let go.
I hear the door open.
"We got your call mom." Leila says
She, Luke, Han, Candra, and Chewbacca all come in and are so happy.
"Dad!" Luke and Leia shout as they come over to give him a hug.
"Mr. Skywalker, it's good to see not in a coma again." Han says
"Han, it's good to see you as well" dad says
Chewie just roars.
We all laugh.
"General Skywalker, how are you?" Ander asks he knows he can call him Anakin but he doesn't in this case.
"Ander, I'm good, although it feels a little weird cause I've been in a coma for how long?" He says
"About a week" I say
"Wow, have I missed a lot?" He asks
"Besides a whole lot of tears, Rex getting out of the hospital and no training for me, no" I say
"You haven't trained for a week?" He asks, typical dad.
"Well, a lot has been on my mind" I say
"Okay, understandable" he says
Obi-Wan, Rex, and Ashoka come rushing through the door. The room is bigger than you would think to hold 11 people not including my dad.
"Snips?" Dad says, that's always been his nickname for Ashoka.
"Hey Sky guy" she says back.
After everyone has said 'hello', 'it's good to see you out of a coma', and a whole lot of hugs. Mostly everyone has left. It's been 3 hours of catching up, telling stories, and a lot of laughter.
Rex, Han, Chewie, and Candra have left. It's just Ander, Obi-Wan, Ashoka, Luke, Leia, mom, dad, and I in the room.
I'm so happy right now, I'm so happy my dad is awake.
