im not just a sack of flesh to be taken claimed and used

i am every tear i ever cried, every prose i ever dropped, paint inside my veins, spiraling rib cage to protect my heart. Dirt that lines my feet, the smile that curves my lips, rainbows in my shattered soul, as i grip myself fear of vulnerability

i am a woman, mother of gods, vessel for angels, the earth that holds you and soaks up your tears and don't forget it.

i am not to be kicked, to be beaten and bruised, to be lurched into like a blow up doll, a lump of rubber.

i am a soul made of stars and multicolored sparks of light held together by all my pain. Don't touch me.

you infinitesimal speck of spit. you're not worthy.

i am a queen looking for my king, a goddess looking for my god, the moon racing across the sky to meet my sun. if you are not it, keep it moving.
