Rhythmic activities, which involve body movements following a steady beat, contribute to physical and psychological well-being. Regular dancing sessions offer various health benefits, such as improved cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure, reduced fat, and better coordination. Rhythm is natural to everyone and is most clearly expressed through dance, an art of movement.

Dance refers to movement set to music, forming organized patterns. Dancing is a form of expression through rhythmic movement.
