Yesterday again,
I slept
With questions in my mind
And a pain in the heart
Of a far more lasting kind
A thought keeps me awake,
And bothers me to a few,
That the Questions are in my head
But answers are with you!
The way you broke the promises, Promises of the forevermore,
I still can't believe you're the person,
I prayed all my day & night for!
I scream in my head
All night long,
Everything i could hope for
Is to be a lil more strong!
The tears on my pillow,
Say a different story of hate
I wish it was love
Rather than tears in my fate
Promise me,
when we MEET,
You'll try to pass a fake smile;
And I'll try my best,
To hide my tears for a lil while!
I wish
Everything you gave me,
May return to you on your way
And may you experience
A familiar ache one day;
And you realize...
You did not let me stay;
And you've lost enough for this day.
