"I don't want you to teach me anymore! I've changed my mind. I wasn't thinking straight!" Morrigan cried.
"You signed the contract miss Crow there is no going back now." Squall utters the words with such a calm demeanour Morrigan had to wonder whether there was a hidden meaning behind them.
"Now, I don't have all day so let's begin-"
"No, Jupiter was right! I should never have trusted you!"
"JUPITER KNOWS NOTHING! YOU ARE MY APPRENTICE YOU WILL LEARN FROM ME!"
Squall roars, a righteous anger radiated off him. It was rare to see his mask slip like this.
He takes a deep breath before continuing.
"You want to see what I can teach you Morrigan Crow? Then I will show you what I can do." His voice was like black ice, quiet but deadly.

A new picture was forming around them, leaving the trees to dissolve into nothing.
Morrigan was suddenly flooded with memories of her old home. The most prominent being that night in Octavia the Arachnipod. Climbing up the clock face now in front of Morrigan.
"No..no I can't be here!" She says.
Squall just shakes his head. "You have much to learn little crow. If you can't be here why are you my student? The most powerful man in the Wintersea Republic? This is where you belong Miss Crow."
"No I belong in Nevermoor with Jupiter. I belong in the Wunderous Society!" Morrigan argues.
"Then why, if you belong there, do they still fear you? One way or another, you always end up back here Miss Crow." Squall counters.
Morrigan goes quiet after he says this. Why did they still fear her? She had saved the Wunimals from Hollowpox and she put an end to the Ghastly Market!
"Stop!" She scolded herself, "that's just Squall getting in your head!"
"Now come, I want to show you something." Squall says setting off across the square. He stopped and turned when he reached the other side, apparently surprised that Morrigan was still stood in the same position as when he left her.
"No, I'm not going anywhere with you! Especially not with them!" Gesturing to the wolves encircling them. An angry snap of a jaw makes her yelp retracting her hand quickly.
"Come with me Miss Crow or they will not be so friendly." He threatens.
"I've escaped them before, I can do it again." Morrigan says defiantly.
"You never learn little crow. Now I suggest," He pauses. "You run"
Morrigan doesn't need telling twice, she runs for her life her legs pumping, muscles burning.
She ran and ran for what felt like hours, passing so many familiar sights. She ran until the buildings thinned out, she ran until she was once again surrounded by trees.
Morrigan took a quick glance over her shoulder. Her breath catches in her throat as she sees those piercing red eyes that haunt her nightmares.
She could feel her legs slowing down. A frantic panic was seeping into her. What do I do? what do I do??? Climb a tree, climb a tree, climb a tree. Climb a tree! Morrigan's eyes were wide, searching the trunks around her for any low branches to climb.
There! She veered to the left, towards a low hanging branch. Climb a tree, climb a tree. Scampering up the tree, Morrigan tried to not look down at the hunt pacing just feet below her. She reaches up to the next branch when a crack has her flailing her arms attempting to keep her balance, the next moment she was falling down down down...
