It's all started, when Fourth and Gemini transfers to their new High School. However, his life takes an eerie turn upon meeting Gemini, a quiet, enigmatic classmate. Gemini's life has been marred by tragedy-he was orphaned at a young age and raised...
Boredom clawed at me as I roamed from my room to the balcony and back again. The walls felt like they were closing in, each moment stretching longer than the last. Should I go there? No, he might think I'm following him. Anxiety bubbled in my chest.
I flopped onto my bed, my thoughts racing. "Maybe I should just go for it," I mused, a smirk creeping onto my face. "My life is already a series of unfortunate events, I might as well enjoy what I can before I die" Chuckling to myself, I swung my legs off the bed and stood up.
I wandered over to my luggage, rummaging through it until I found my favorite loose polo shirt. It had a relaxed fit that always made me feel comfortable. After tossing on a pair of stylish pants, I caught sight of myself in the mirror. "Now, where's my MOISTURIZER?" I muttered, digging through my toiletries.
With a triumphant sigh, I finally found it, applying it to my face with a practiced hand.
I couldn't help but grin at my reflection, feeling a spark of excitement for the first time all day. I grabbed my keys, ready to embrace the outside world.
"Shit! Sunglasses!" I exclaimed, quickly unlocking the door again to snatch up my shades. Once equipped, I stepped out into the warm air. Park Valley wasn't far, and I relished the thought of being somewhere different, away from the stifling confines of my room.
As I walked towards the restaurant, the soft sounds of laughter and clinking glasses floated through the air. Upon reaching my destination, I spotted Fourth inside, his presence drawing my gaze like a magnet.
I hesitated for a moment, my heart racing. I decided to sit outside, enjoying the ambiance while still feeling connected to him.
The waiter approached, and I waved him over.
FOURTH
"What the hell is he doing?" My eyes locked onto a figure outside, engaged in conversation with a waiter. He was wearing a loose light brown polo shirt and black pants, a watch glinting on his left wrist, and his sunglasses casually hung from the button of his shirt.

(Imagine Gemini)
I couldn't help but admire his striking features as I caught a glimpse of his face. Gemini looked absolutely irresistible, his smile illuminating the space around him.
This was probably the first time I had seen him smile, and it made my heart race. But why was he here? Just as I began to lose myself in thought, he suddenly glanced in my direction. I quickly shifted my gaze to Winny, hoping to deflect any attention from Gemini.
"Hey, when are we going home?" I asked, feigning casual interest, the words tumbling out a bit too quickly. I wanted Gemini to think I hadn't noticed him at all.
"Shut up! We just got our marks for the project!" Winny retorted, a half-hearted pout on his face as he placed an order for a half chocolate cake. I slowly turned my head back, taking in the scene again. Winny was now scrolling through his phone, seemingly oblivious to the tension in the air.
"Guys, the day after tomorrow is my elder sister's birthday party. You're all invited!" Dunk announced, breaking the quiet with his enthusiastic tone.
My thoughts were still tangled in the sight of Gemini, and I barely registered Dunk's announcement. I could feel the weight of my emotions swirling around me, a mix of excitement and confusion.
Dunk pinched my arm, snapping me out of my daydream. "Bro, are you even listening to me?" he asked, eyebrows raised.
I blinked, quickly shaking off my distraction. "Yeah, yeah, I'm here."
"Hmph... anyway, the dress code is navy blue or.. black," Dunk continued, his voice slightly impatient. I nodded, taking the last bite of my cake.
Joong, with his usual playful grin, tilted his head and chimed in, "Whatever, I'm wearing black with my Dunks."
Satang rolled his eyes. "Just don't be late, guys." Winny, arms crossed, leaned back in his chair. "What about Gemini?" Satang sighed, pulling out his phone. "I'll text him... after that, it's up to him."
"Do you guys remember when we were working on that school project, and I took a picture and posted it on my story?" Dunk asked casually, glancing around at his group of friends. Everyone nodded in response.
"Yeah!?," I replied, raising an eyebrow. "Why?"
Dunk smirked before finally crossing his arms, a playful glint in his eyes. "Well, one of my cousin brothers asked me for your ID, Fourth."
"OHHHOO!" The whole group erupted in teasing laughter, their voices filling the air with a chorus of playful noise.
"What?!" I exclaimed in confusion, feeling left out of whatever inside joke was unfolding. I furrowed my brows, glancing at Dunk.
Dunk just pouted dramatically, leaning back. "I forgot to mention it before," he said, as if this was some life-changing revelation.
I rolled my eyes, trying to keep my tone calm despite my growing curiosity. "What did he say?" I asked.
Dunk's smirk grew wider as he met my gaze. "Nothing much, really. He just asked, 'Who is this? Can I have his ID?'" Dunk mimicked his cousin's voice, clearly enjoying himself.
"Who cares," I mumbled, shaking my head, trying to brush it off like it was no big deal. But inside, I could feel my cheeks warming up a little from the attention. I turned away, attempting to ignore the teasing and focus on something else.
GEMINI
I was scrolling through my phone absentmindedly while waiting for my food. My eyes drifted up from the screen when I heard laughter nearby. Fourth laughing and chatting animatedly with them.
It was hard not to notice him. He had that easygoing charm, the kind of person who could draw others in without even trying.
I felt a strange pull, a curiosity gnawing at me as I watched them from a distance. But whatever. I wasn't part of that group, so I stayed where I was, keeping to myself. I didn't have time for things like that. I had bigger problems to worry about.
As I sat there, my thoughts wandered back to my family's company. If only there was a way to wrest control of it from my aunt. It was a pipe dream, though.
I didn't stand a chance. Not with how things were. But the idea of having that kind of power, of being able to escape from her shadow, wouldn't leave my mind.
A sudden burst of laughter jolted me from my thoughts. They were getting up now, Fourth and the others, getting ready to leave. Panic surged through me. I didn't want them to see me sitting here alone, so I quickly grabbed a newspaper lying on the table and held it up, pretending to read something to hide my face.
I felt their presence pass by, the sound of their laughter fading as they walked away. I let out a quiet sigh of relief, lowering the paper slowly.
