FOURTH

Everyone was still arriving, and I stood off to the side, chatting with Satang and Joong. The place was enormous, like a mansion, though it didn't quite feel like one. There was a swimming pool glistening under the moonlight, and groups of people were gathering, greeting each other as they came through the main gate.

I stood a little away from the crowd, savoring the quiet for a moment. Dunk had introduced me to his cousin brother earlier-a guy around 25 years old. Cute, but definitely not my type. I'm into tall guys. I mean, I'm 5'10, so 6'1 is kind of perfect.

I took a sip from my wine glass, the rich, cherry-like scent swirling in the air. That's when my eyes caught sight of him-a tall guy, dressed in a crisp white shirt with a light blue suit that hugged him perfectly. My breath hitched.

Under the party's flashing lights, the white spotlight fell on his face, and I saw Gemini. My lips parted in a quiet gasp. "Damn..." I whispered to myself, tilting my head slightly as a small smile tugged at my lips. Am I falling in love? This soon? No way. I can't be. WHAT THE FUCK

Sure, I tend to crush on the first person I see at any event, but this felt different. Okay, it's probably just attraction. I tried to shake the thought away. It's not like anything was going to happen. Besides, he's Gemini. Way out of my league, right?

GEMINI

The flashing disco lights were driving me crazy as I walked through the door. Parties like this were never really my scene. Everyone was talking and laughing, while I was just trying to spot Dunk, Joong, Satang and others.

Honestly, I hate parties. I'm only here for the free food. Saves me from spending my own money and I wanna enjoy with them.

Then, I saw Fourth standing with Satang and Joong. His eyes were on me for a moment before he looked away. Satang noticed me and turned around with a wide grin. "Gemini!" he called, waving me over. Reluctantly, I approached.

"I thought you weren't going to come" Satang said, chuckling.

I didn't bother to reply, just nodded. Before I could say anything, Satang was already waving down a waiter. "Waiter! Over here!" He grabbed a wine glass and handed it to me, forcing it into my hand. I didn't want to drink, but refusing would've been more awkward, so I took it.

Just then, Dunk appeared out of nowhere, clapping a hand on my shoulder. "Gemini! You are here finally!!" He grinned. "Sorry, I've been busy!" he said apologetically.

I nodded again, trying to blend in as best I could. Small talk wasn't my thing, but the more I sipped the wine, the more relaxed I felt.

"Hey guys, wanna play a game?" Dunk finally announced, breaking the comfortable silence. Everyone nodded in agreement, and we all settled on the sofa. But as much as I tried to match their energy, I wasn't really in the mood.

A part of me wanted to be anywhere but here. Still, after finally getting some freedom from my aunt, I couldn't just sit out. Why not enjoy it? I debated with myself before finally focusing on the game.

"We'll spin the bottle," Dunk explained, grabbing an empty vodka bottle. "This side of the bottle will be the one who asks a question, and the cap side will answer."

I found myself seated in the middle of Fourth and Satang, while Joong, Dunk, and Winny sat in front of us. The tension was playful, but the vodka bottle added a layer of unpredictability. Dunk passed out small glasses, filled to the brim with vodka.

"If you don't want to answer, you have to drink," Dunk continued, and I muttered to myself, "Shit, I have to drink this shit tf?"

The game started. The bottle spun, landing with the cap side pointing at Fourth and the lastside at Winny.
