Training had been going by pretty steadily, and you were about 4 orbital cycles in. Just as Skywarp had said in the beginning, he would often stop by to make sure his vessel was in shape. During his last few visits though, he had been bringing in other seekers with him. You weren't sure why, but you never better than to question your commanding officer. On this particular solar cycle, Skywarp brought in a familiar seeker you weren't quite found with yourself. Black-red guy.

You first caught a glimpse of him on your way to morning supply, or "breakfast" as some bots call it. You knew he saw you too, but didn't say anything. You were hoping that would be the last of him you saw. Although you didn't know the guy at all (considering the fact that you didn't even know his name), you hated him with all your spark. If it wasn't for him and that weird purple femme, you wouldn't even be here!

You walked to the flight deck, and Roadturn was doing his usual yap session, talking about his training and whatnot. Over the past orbital cycles, you've noticed smaller changes in his appearance; like smaller scars scattered across his faceplates. And how his upper derma had a huge slit in it from an accident during training. He told you the WHOLE story, it took almost 1 mega cycle for him to finally finish it. Of course, you didn't really mind how much he talked; it made you happy sometimes. But today, even Roadturn sensed something was wrong with you.

"Hey ____, you've been quieter than normal, you good?" he asked, giving you a thumbs up.

"Yea. . . it's just that soldier guy that Skywarp brought onto the ship, he's the one who put me in this fragging place! And I keep seeing him today, which is just frustrating me even more! I HATE that guy!"  you yelled with your servos crossed.

"Well then this ain't going to make you happy. That guy he brought today is a high-ranking officer on another vessel. Apparently, he got his rank from 'recruiting' the most rookies. The reason Skywarp has been bringing in other higher-ranking soldiers was for scouting reasons, seeing what each rookie has to bring to the table, you know." You were fuming. There was a chance, although small, that you would have to be stuck with black-red guy as your commanding officer. THAT was not going to happen.

Today's medical lesson wasn't too hard, it was practicing how to fully replace faulty energon lines. Just as you started to sterilize your tools for the procedure, Skywarp came in unannounced with a certain someone.

"Here we are soldier. Make sure to talk to the rookies, and maybe watch whatever it appears they are doing. It doesn't really matter; I'll be back in a mega cycle." And just like that, Skywarp turned around and walked off, leaving black-red alone in the med bay. You ducked your head down, but of course he noticed you first.

"Hey, you. Yea, I remember you, you're the femme who threw energon at my face!" he spoke, making his way towards your section. You tried to ignore him, but suddenly you felt a hand unit grip your wing plate. You jumped a bit and turned your helm to face him.

"Oh yea, sorry about that. I uhm panicked a bit?" you spoke very unconfidently, not really sure what to say. In a matter of nano-kliks, black-red pushed you backwards, causing you to catch your desk with your servos. He then pointed a digit right up in your face.

"Listen femme, I'm a lot more powerful than I was when we first met. I can easily make or break your reputation here. And I would hate to do that to such a pretty femme," he made sure to get real up in your face plates for the last part. It sent a slight chill through your spinal unit. "Am I clear?"

"Yep 100% clear, I promise I won't throw an energon bottle in your face again."

"Good, now what is it that you're doing? Some sort of transplant?" he asked, as you turned away from him and tried to sterilize your equipment, again.

"Wouldn't you like to know," you whispered under your breath.

      "What was that femme?"

"I said sterilizing equipment, in preparation of replacing faulty medical lines."

"Hmmm, how interesting. . . I sure do hope that you were selected to be onboard my space craft. With your talent, no bot would ever falter due to injury or disease." He's only seen you sterilize equipment, and this guy's already glazing your skill. Wow, thanks.

'I would NEVER wanna even think what life on a ship with you 24/7 would be like, it might be worse than the pits,' you thought to yourself, chuckling a bit.

"Welp, I should be leaving you to doing whatever it is that you are doing. Just heed my war-"

"Yep, I got it: don't spill energon in your face again. Bye," you spoke hurriedly, trying to pay more attention to where you were cutting. You wished you could've seen how annoyed he looked, but you would rather get your work done properly then be petty. That would be the last time you'd see him for a while.
