-Rebecca opened her eyes to the soft, golden light filtering through the sheer curtains of the bedroom. The early morning sun cast a gentle patterns upon the walls, awakening her senses to the possibilities of a new day. She blinked a few times, shaking off the remnants of sleep, as her hand reached her eye and gently began rubbing it. "Good morning Rebecca" BETA chirped "Freen is at work. She said you don't need to come today if you feel tired. She will however, come back early today to spend some time with you"

Rebecca nodded, and reached for her phone lying on the beside table. As her fingers brushed against the screen, she felt a familiar anticipation, a routine that had become second nature to her, scrolling through messages, checking notifications, and weaving herself into the fabric of her digital world.

-However, an unusual sense of urgency gripped her as she glanced at the latest notification. Her heart sank in her stomach and her breath caught in her throat when she read a message from her father, a succinct yet gravely concerning text that read. "Sweetheart. I need to see you urgently. The matter is important, and I will not take no for an answer". The weight of those words settled heavily upon her chest, igniting a flicker of anxiety that coursed through her veins.

-"My God..this not the time to deal with this mess dad! I'd really...really wish that you could delay whatever you had done for couple of days. I was..at peace, I was feeling like I am at home. But now I don't think I will feel like that anymore. Please God help me, please let this meeting be about him missing me, nothing more..please I can't take it anymore seriously!"

Her mind raced with uncertainty. What could possibly warrant such a serious missive? They had spoken only days ago, sharing laughter and mundane anecdotes over a phone call. There was nothing that hinted at trouble, nothing that could have prepared her for this startling revelation, especially since she's been in peace and harmony. Her father's words echoed in her mind, amplifying her concern as she swung her legs over the side of the bed and stood up. The world outside her window still felt serene, the birds happily chirping their morning melodies, yet inside her, a storm began to brew.

Without further thought, she rushed through her morning routine, her mind a whirlpool of confusion and dread. She brushed her teeth mechanically, splashing cool water on her face in an attempt to awaken her senses. Her hands worked swiftly to pull her hair into a ponytail, and she donned a comfortable yet presentable outfit, still distracted by the weight of her father's message. The thought of what awaited her would not leave her pressing like a heavy hand on her shoulder.

-In her haste, Rebecca forgot to reach out to Freen. They had a ritual of morning texts, especially since Freen always arrives to work before anyone else. As soon as she's finished, she stormed into the kitchen where Ms. Freeman greeted her with a soft smile and a cup of tea. Rebecca stood like a rock, trying to collect her thoughts and feelings. "Good morning, Ms Armstrong" Ms. Freeman greeted "are you in a rush for work my lady?" Rebecca startled, as she regained her consciousness. Slightly she shook her head and smiled as she walked towards the countertop. "Good morning" she said "n..no I won't go to work today. I have another obligations to attend"

-Ms. Freeman nodded and queried "shall I inform Mr. Reyes to prepare the car?" Rebecca sighed as she sipped her tea. She wanted to meet her father alone, without raising any more questions that she doesn't want to answer. However, doing so would make Freen get upset and angry at her, and she cannot afford to do that to her. Lost in her thoughts again, Ms. Freeman asked the question again, with a gentle tone, feeling that Rebecca is truly troubled, and something made her act so discombobulated.
