Finn tried to share his sealife facts with Boxten but was met with an awkward grin. Okay.. oh! Maybe Goob would like to hear some facts!

He walked over to Goob and opened his mouth to speak to him but was shocked as Goob was flung across the map by his sister; he clipped on to him – sending them both flying.

Oh okay. Nevermind, there had to be someone else! He looked around and only saw Vee harassing Sprout with Glisten. He definitely wasn't going over there, he sighed and turned to leave but someone caught his eye.

Shelly. She sat there with her dinosaur book, filled to the brim with random facts about the silly creatures! He had never really spoken to her but he was sure she was nice! ( Hopefully )

He carefully sat down next to her and poked her shoulder, she looked up at him and it was clear that she had been crying. He gasped and brought her into a hug without thinking. "Are you okay?!" He whispered yelled, trying not to drive any attention towards them.

She sniffled and hugged him back, "I-im perfectly fine! Haha ..!" Finn didn't buy that sad excuse and hugged tighter, "Please tell me, I want to help you." Shelly was shocked at this and smiled, tears starting to flow down her face again.

"I-it's just that.. n-nobody knows I exist! I'm treated like a shadow. I just want to be acknowledged!" Shelly cried into his shoulder after telling him the problem, he frowned and rubbed her back as a way of comforting her.

"Hey! How about you tell me about your facts, I'd love to know more about animals!" Shelly gasped and pulled away; now smiling like an idiot.

"Y-you really mean it?! You're gonna listen to my facts?!" Finn nodded and watched as Shelly excitingly grabbed her book, flipping to the first page.

Finn grabbed her shoulder and brought her closer, prepared to listen to her rant about the silly dead creatures.

A few hours had gone by, both sharing their respective facts with each other about their interests, Shelly stared at the time and realized it was getting late. "Thank you Finn, for this. I really needed it." Shelly stood up and grabbed her book, smiling at Finn.

Finn hopped up and smiled like a little kid. "Of course! We're friends now! How about we start doing this more often?" Finn suggested as he bounced around.

Shelly was shocked at the word 'friend', her eyes lit up as she hugged him. "I'd love that.."

She pulled away and turned to leave but stopped herself; she quickly grabbed Finn's face and gave him a kiss on the cheek and turned to run away. "Thank you! We'll meet up same time tomorrow!" And Shelly was gone.

Finn stood there as he slowly touched the place where Shelly kissed him, he squealed like a dork and ran back to his room.

He could get used to hanging out with his new found 'friend'.
