Sprout smiled and kicked his feet like a lovesick girl, he had been flirting with Glisten for at least a month. He knew he was in love, and he was sure Glisten felt the same!

He wanted to get closer to him, just to hold his hand. Maybe a kiss on the cheek? Wait what if they got married– he shook his head. He was getting too far in Dreamland.

I mean after all they had already shared past events and future plans with each other! They were basically married already, yeah totally.

He looked at the time; 11:30pm. He should be  asleep right now, he was in his pajamas; already prepared to go to bed. But he was too sidetracked while thinking of his (soon to be) boyfriend.

He rolled around in bed, daydreaming about Glisten and him going on cute little dates, God, how it made his heart flutter.

. . .

Glisten screamed and woke up, desperately gripping a pillow that was now in his arms. He didn't usually have dreams or nightmares, but tonight was different.

He dreamt of being alone. Everyone laughed at him, he sunk into the ground; being consumed by the darkness of the room, he reached out; tears flowing down his face.

There was Sprout, he dreamt of sprout. Sprout would surely save him? Sprout smiled and walked away, leaving Glisten alone.

He rubbed his forehead and clutched his heart shaped pillow tighter.

Sprout busted down the door, startling Glisten. "Are you okay?!" Glisten was flabbergasted, didn't Sprout just abandon him– oh yeah, it was just a dream. He was about to tell Sprout to leave but he really needed a hug.

His eyes got clossy as he opened his arms. "No. I'm not. I need you, please." Sprout's eyes widened as he blushed, he quickly ran into Glisten's arms, now laying on the bed with him.

He rubbed circles on Glisten's back, trying to comfort him in any way. Glisten appreciated this and hugged harder, "You okay now?" Glisten only nodded and dragged Sprout down, putting his head in the crook of Sprout's neck. ( Big ass head )

Sprout knew he shouldn't be enjoying this but he was finally cuddling with his crush, in his crushes bed! He heard Glisten's breaths shallow, signaling that he was asleep.

He gave him a kiss on his head before drifting off as well.

He couldn't wait till tomorrow.
