Astro sat up from his bed and rubbed his head, groaning as his feet hit the floor. New day new chances, I guess. He stared at the time – unamused. 6:45 pm.

He had been waking up at that time for the past two days. His stomach rumbled but his body was too exhausted to actually get up, he huffed and went back to bed, closing his eyes as his empty stomach aches – when was the last time he ate something, jeez?

He heard his door slightly crack open, he opened one of his eyes only to be met with Dandy's showtastic smile. It quickly faded as he closed the door behind him, a platter full of food in his hands.

"Astro? Everything okay?" Dandy sat on the edge of Astro's bed; still holding the platter as he stared directly at Astro.

Astro huffed and slightly shook his head 'no', he sat up and scooted closer to Dandy. "I brought you somethin'.. and don't you dare reject it. You need to eat." Dandy set the platter in the middle of them and he cleared his throat.

Astro sighed and looked towards the door, "Did you lock it..? I don't want someone to walk in while my.. a-arms.. are out." Astro whispered mostly to himself, seemingly out of it. Dandy smiled and headed towards the door – locking it and turning around with a small grin.

"C'mon eat. Or do I have to feed you?" Astro chuckled a bit and started taking small bites of the food; Dandy tried not to stare but he couldn't help himself.

"Astro, you know you can trust me, right?" Astro looked up at Dandy with a questioning expression – "Is there.. something bothering you? Why haven't you been well .. you?" Dandy said in a whisper as he fiddled with his thumbs.

"I.. I'm just exhausted." Astro took another bite, trying to get food in his system. "Hm.. well, I'll leave you be. Please take care of yourself.." Dandy stood up and smiled at Astro, he headed towards the door; unlocking it as he prepared to leave.

".. Thank you.. Dandy."

Dandy playfully grinned at him.

"You're welcome, I love you. Stay safe."

Dandy locked the door as he left, making sure nobody would walk in on Astro while he ate.

Astro blushed as he looked at the plate in his lap.

"I love you too, Dandy."
