Episode 19: The Dirty Half Dozen

Gordon is bleeding from his head. The has a strange green, jittery feel to them. The images flash and Lincoln is asleep or out cold on a surgery table. There's a scale, like the type in a supermarket, the needle moves as it weighs something. A body bag with a HYDRA stamp on it. Coulson, in full black combat gear, pointing his gun at someone. Skye sucks in a shocked and startled breath.

Raina's eyes open from her dream, she gasps raggedly and sits up. She's panting in fear and realizes someone is there with her. She looks at the door and sees Jiaying standing there. "What are you – were you watching me?"

"I didn't mean to startle you. I heard you calling out." Jiaying said.

"I was asleep." Raina turns away from her.

"Yes. And dreaming," Jiaying enters the room. "Do you want to tell me about it?" Raina says nothing, just keeps her eyes away from Jiaying. "Lincoln said you'd been having nightmares." Jiaying said, trying to comfort Raina.

This sparks a memory from Riana's dream. "Lincoln...he was actually in this dream. Being held somewhere, being hurt," this gets Jiaying's full attention. "It felt...real."

The two women hear the noise of Gordon teleporting back in the background and Jiaying turns her head toward the noise. "Excuse me." Jiaying said.

Skye's not too happy about being taken away against her will, she was happy to see Grant again when Gordon just took her without asking if she wanted to go. Cal's yelling out, not happy himself. "Where's my wife?!?" Jiaying appears from a doorway. "Ahh! Didn't expect to see me back here so soon, did you, my love?" All the inhabits of Afterlife who are outside are watching on with interest. "Not after such a well-planned banishing!"

"Where's Lincoln?" Skye asked.

"You took me from my home." Cal said to Gordon and Jiaying, pissed off at the both of them.

"All right, that's enough!" Gordon yelled.

"Cal, this isn't your home." Jiaying said, evenly.

"I know that now." Cal scoffed.

"Hey!" Skye's raised her voice to cut through the others. "Lincoln is still out there. Gordon, can you please?"

Gordon nods and teleports away.

"What happened?" Jiaying asked.

"There was an attack." Skye tells her.

"Can we please get back to what matters here?" Cal takes a step towards Jiaying. "You tried to take me away from our daughter!" he said rather loudly, Jiaying casts a nervous look at those assembled around them, as they start to put their heads together and murmur. The secret she and Skye decided to keep is now out in the open. "It's unacceptable!" he yelled.

A tough looking man, one Skye hasn't met, walks toward them. "Go calm down, Cal. You and I can discuss this later," Cal straightens up almost insulted to be brushed aside. "There are worse options." Jiaying said, the unknown man is now standing beside Cal watching him. Skye looks away and Cal looks down and walks off with the man following. 

Jiaying lets out a loud sigh and walks to Skye. "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine. But Coulson was there." Skye said, she jumps when she hears the noise of Gordon teleporting back. He straightens up, he's got a gash on his forehead, just like the one Raina saw in her dream.

"It was HYDRA. I tried stopping them. I barely got away. They took Lincoln." Gordon said.

Skye gasps in shock, she knew that Grant had nothing to do with it, otherwise why would he be working with Coulson?
