Trip is leading the way in a hallway at The Playground followed by May, Skye and Hunter. "Eight dead, six of them Navy." he said.

"All part of an anti-HYDRA unit." May added.

"Any idea what was used to carry out the attack?" Hunter asked.

"Nope. But the effects appear similar to those from The Obelisk." Skye replied.

"Which we must assume is in HYDRA's possession." May said.

They all enter Coulson's office. There are multiple news fees up on the monitor but he's not paying attention to them, instead he is drawing symbols on the top of his desk. He looks up quickly when he hears May's voice. "Heard back from your Navy contact?"

"Radio silence." Skye replied.

"Any chance we could find a way in, maybe poke around a bit?" Skye asked.

Coulson stands up from his desk. "Entire fleet's closing ranks. These were their men," they all turn around and look at the news fees on the monitor. "No one other than the CDC and Navy's top brass are setting foot in that room."

"Okay, then. That's a dead end." Hunter said.

"What about Agent Simmons? She's inside HYDRA, any chance she has some intel?" Trip asked.

"Still waiting for her to make contact." Coulson said.

"Sir, what is that?" Skye asked, she's looking down at his desk where he carved the symbol, Coulson glances down at it as well.

"Uh, just sketches," Coulson moves over a folder to cover the carving up then looks up at her. "If The Obelisk is back in play, we need to know what this writing means. Any progress on your end?"

"I put some feelers out to my Rising Tide contacts about the painting we recovered in Miami and no one has ever seen anything like it." Skye said.

"Keep looking, something will turn up." Coulson said.

"What about the writings you've been giving me? Why don't you tell me your source and I'll follow up?" Skye asked him.

"I'm afraid that's classified." Coulson said.

"Well, you're the boss man. Maybe you could de-classify it." Hunter said.

"I could. I won't." Coulson replied.

"Why not?" Skye asked.

"I already answered the question, Skye." Coulson said.

"No, you didn't. You skirted it. There's a difference." Skye replied, not backing down.

Trip and Hunter share a surprised look at the sass Skye is showing Coulson.

Coulson walks around the desk to stand in front of her with a very serious face. "Then it's a difference I'm comfortable with, but if you continue questioning my authority then you and I are gonna have a very different conversation. One you will not be comfortable with. Is that clear?"

"Yes, sir." Skye turns and walks quickly from the room. May watches her go the shoots a look to Coulson who looks like he feels a bit guilty. Hunter and Trip hurry out of the room as May steps up to Coulson.

Inside a building, Skye's father, Cal, appears to be performing surgery. There is a man on a table as Skye's father stands over him, it looks like he's stitching the man up. There's another man in the corner of the room, he's fidgeting and biting his nail.
