Episode 20: Scars

Skye's back watching over Lincoln, wearing one of Grant's jackets that she pinched from him, she know Fitz-Simmons are talking in the lab and then Simmons speaks to Kara but Skye tunes them all out.

Suddenly, the lights flicker which causes Skye to straighten up, knowing that it was Lincoln, he was finally waking up, the lights keep flickering and then Lincoln looks to the side seeing Skye sitting beside his bed.

"Hi. It's okay. I'm here. You're safe now. Added bonus, you're not naked with needles poking out of your skin." Skye said.

Lincoln smiles and laughs at bit at the joke of their first meeting and she laughs, too. Lincoln looks away from Skye as he laughs and his eyes land on the S.H.I.E.L.D. logo making him nervous as he tries to sit up a bit. "Skye, why are we – no."

Simmons appears in the doorway and he looks over at her, Skye looks over her shoulder as well. "Oh. Uh...uh, it's okay," Skye looks back to Lincoln. "You can trust them. They're my friends, they helped save you.

Simmons walked back into the lab and stood by Fitz again, she looked slightly confused at what happened.

"You never should have come for me." Lincoln takes the oxygen tube down from his nose.

"I had to. Jiaying wouldn't allow it if I –" Skye was saying when Lincoln interrupted her.

"–There's a reason for that. The only thing that's kept us safe all these years is that we were a secret. Now S.H.I.E.L.D. knows we exist. And they won't stop till they find Afterlife." Lincoln said.

Skye gives him a worried look.

Raina's inside her room speaking to a fellow Inhuman. "Blue light? Really?" the man asked as they walk to her doorway obviously ending their meeting.

"Spilling out of your son, from every pore. He'll go through the mist when he comes of age, Michael, and he'll be beautiful." Raina said.

The man, Michael, smiles and sighs relieved. "Thank you."

Raina places a hand on his shoulder in comfort and he walks away. 

Gordon is walking up to Raina's door as Michael leaves. "You're looking very well." he comments.

"You were right. It is a gift, all of it," Gordon gives her a warm smile as she invites him into her room. "I just needed to embrace it. Embrace my life here, my...purpose. To help my people." Raina said.

"Your visions of the devastation in Sokovia has proved your value, to all of us," Raina looks down, almost shyly, obviously pleased. "Have you had any more visions?" Gordon asked.

"All the time now. I'm starting to feel at peace, less fraught with fear and pain. Though sometimes it's...hard to tell what's a vision and what's a dream.

"Well, maybe I can help." Gordon said.

"Last night I saw something...beautifully peculiar. It's hard to describe. It was a giant stone, but not a stone. And then, suddenly...it was like an ocean, waves crashing against the shore." Raina explained.

Gordon has grown increasingly worried while he hears this. "Hold on," Raina looks at him surprised. "This stone...were there deep cavities carved into it?" 

Raina looks even more surprised by his words. "How did you know?"

"This could mean the end of us." Gordon said.

Inside, Jiaying's office, Gordon has brought Raina to Jiaying to tell her what she saw. Jiaying is staring at Gordon.
