Clueless Boy - Minsung

Chapter 14

Arriving at the coffee shop, Jisung walked behind Minho, an excited smile on his face.

Chan and Changbin looked at each other with confused glances.

"Hey" Minho greeted them, turning to Jisung "I brought my roommate, if you guys don't mind"

"Hello" Jisung bowed suddenly, 90 degrees.

Chan and Changbin fell in a silence.

"Stop bowing" Minho muttered as he grabbed Jisung's shoulders, pulling him straight.

"Oh" Jisung said, shaking his head and just waving at the boys.

"Better" Minho nodded, showing him a thumb up.

"Hi Jisung, feel free to join us" Chan smiled politely.

"Hi" Changbin added.

"In case you don't remember, that's Chan, and that's Changbin" Minho reminded, sitting at the table.

"Okay" Jisung nodded a bit awkwardly, sitting beside Minho.

For a moment, no one exchanged a word.

Minho was concentrated on Jisung's moves, while Jisung didn't know how to act.

Chan and Changbin expected Minho to arrive with more rambling about his roommate, but now the situation turned out differently.

So it was awkward, until Chan decided to talk.

"How was your date, Min ?"

"Min ?" Jisung asked right away.

"It's a shortened version of Minho" The latter explained quickly to Jisung, before answering Chan "Thought the guy was nice, turns out he wasn't. I payed for my meal and left" He shrugged.

"How did you met the gir- guy ?" Jisung asked curiously.

Chan and Changbin noticed the little mistake, but also noticed Jisung didn't make a weird comment about it.

"Tinder" Minho shrugged.

"What's that ?" He tilted his head to the side.

"It's a social media for people to find love, basically" Changbin explained

"Oh" He nodded "Does it works ?"

Changbin chuckled at that.

"Not to find love, at least" Chan commented, smirking.

"Nowadays, people use it to have sex more than to love" Minho said, smiling amusedly.

"Oh okay" He nodded, not really sharing the amused feeling.

The conversation followed, with the three boys sharing stories and Minho explaining further to make Jisung feel included.

And the boy couldn't help but ask thousands of questions every time.

It didn't annoy anyone, thought. Chan and Changbin understood how complicated Jisung could be, but they also decided to understand his background.

"What's your favorite thing about Seoul, so far ?" Chan asked, trying to make a conversation with the boy.

"Oh" Jisung said, looking up and thinking for a minute "Minho, of course !"

Minho widened his eyes slightly, turning his head to the boy.

"Really ?" Chan asked, chuckling.

"Yeah" He smiled cutely.

"How can that guy be the best thing you've seen here" Changbin laughed about it "Seems crazy to me"

"Hey !" Minho narrowed his eyes at him.

"He's nice" Jisung shrugged.

"People usually thinks he's pretty mean" Changbin commented, teasing Minho.

"He gets angry quickly" Jisung chuckled a bit "But he's nice"

"To be fair, you tend to make me angry" Minho said, smiling at him to tease him.

"I'm trying though !" Jisung whined.

"I know" Minho chuckled softly

"Hi"

They heard from behind, turning to smile at their friends.

"Didn't know you'd tag along" Minho commented, scooting closer to Jisung to make space for Felix.

"Hi Felix !" Jisung smiled widely, waving at the boy.

"Oh- Hi Jisung" Felix said a bit awkwardly, a bit surprised to see him there.

Seungmin and Jeongin also sat at the table, politely greeting Jisung, but a bit reluctant.

 And when Hyunjin arrived at the table, Felix was anguished.

He stood up beside the table. At the first he went to Changbin, greeting his friend excitedly, until he noticed Jisung's presence.

As soon as he saw him, his face fell. Minho noticed it right away.

"Why is that guy sitting with us ?" He scoffed, pulling a chair and sitting.

"Hi !" He smiled "You're Hyunjin, right ?" Jisung asked, smiling widely.

Hyunjin didn't answer, he only side eyed him.

"Oh" Jisung smile fell a bit "Is that not your name ?"

"It is" Felix said, reassuring him.

"What's up, Hyun ?" Minho hurried to ask, wanting to change the conversation and not wanting an argument to raise so quickly.

For the rest of the hang out, it went a bit less smoothly.

They discussed, but Hyunjin took his time to send smooth snarky comments about Jisung, wanting to make his point very clear. He didn't like his presence, and he didn't want to hide it.

Jisung didn't noticed much, too clueless for it. But he could still feel the different ambiance, and also the way he wasn't as included in conversations.

Mostly because Minho was too busy changing conversations when Hyunjin was being petty, and didn't find any way to include Jisung more.

Since they arrived, Jisung had gotten pretty discreet.

Almost bored.

He was happy to listen to them and to feel the slightest normal, but he also felt a bit embarassed.

And that made Minho worried.

"Well, it was fun" Minho said, slowly standing up "But Jisung and I have to clean our dorm, it's a mess and we need some time before the week starts"

"We do ?" Jisung asked, blinking confusedly.

"Yes, come on big boy" Minho said, lightly tapping his shoulder.

"Oh okay" Jisung nodded, standing up quickly.

"Bye guys" Minho said

"Thanks for having me" Jisung said with a bow, before redressing quickly when Minho nagged him for it. 

So he started running behind Minho, a little smile on his face.
