Before The Big Night, At Adam’s Place
“Are you sure about this song?” Adam doubted.
“Yes. She’s a big Fan of Maroon 5! Payphone is on her top list!” Elmo said.

“This is a wonderful flute.” Julie exclaimed.
“It was given to me by a friend during a wager. Do you know how to play that?”
Julie nodded.
“Good for you. To be honest I’d never had a chance to use that flute because I really don’t know how to use it.” Adam smirked.
“Uhm, I know how to play more than 5 instruments.” Julie shyly informed.
“Wow!” The two lads exclaimed.
“Where did you study music?” Adam’s curiosity was piqued.
“I really had no mentor. I just learned it all by myself. I actually do not know how to read notes.” Julie answered.
“Then how do you learn to play some songs?” Adam continued.
“I just listen to it.”
“Wow! You’re a musical genius Julie!” Elmo praised.
She giggles, “Pleasure” Julie blushed.
“This is great! This means you can provide a music as Sir Adam sings the piece!” Elmo realized.
“I’ll give it a try.” Julie humbly said.
“Excellent! Wait! I’ll let you watch the video then try to study it.” Elmo suggested.
Julie’s POV
Sir Elmo took his talking box and showed me small people singing a song. The future is truly remarkable and spellbinding! Is this the song that Sir Adam would imitate? I find it a bit mistuned.
“For a dwarf, they sure have such deep and big voices.” Julie uttered as she watched the video.
Adam Laughed, “I like that joke Julie! True! The tenor voice takes it all off!” Adam opinionated.
If you only knew Sir Adam, that was not really a joke. Elmo thought.
“I am ready.” Julie said.
“Wow that was fast!” Elmo and Adam said simultaneously.
“Okay, let’s give it a shot!” Adam added

At The Big Night
Julie’s POV
Everyone was already cheering before Sir Adam started. After a week of practice, I am certain that he could make an impression to her. Sir Elmo was able to convince him to sing it in his own voice; after I heard it yesterday, I am convinced that Sir Adam was really the one we are looking for. He shouldn’t be a doctor.
“I’m at a payphone trying to call home…All of my change I spent on you.” Adam started.
Everyone awed when they heard Sir Adams natural voice. They immediately applauded.
“Where have the times gone, baby it’s all wrong…Where are the plans we made for two?” Adam continued.
He is doing it! Sir Adam, you’re doing it right! Look! Madame Paliza is shedding tears due to happiness… Hang on… “Sir Elmo, look! Sir Adam is crying!” Julie said, “Sir Elmo?” She added.
There I saw Sir Elmo eyes become misty…

An Evening Before the Big Night
“No! I can’t do this! I really can’t sing! I am also out of tune!”
“Sir, Just give it a try. You had a good voice.” Elmo encouraged.
“But tomorrow is the day! I can’t screw this up! How would Pally react when she learned that I used a different tone in singing her favorite song? But I can’t sing it in tenor!”
“Sir Adam…” Julie started to say.
“I give up! I’ll just court Pally in my own way!” Adam concluded.
“Sir Adam you can’t do this! After 6 days of trying to help you you’ll just give up and leave us?” Elmo said.
“I am sorry… but I just can’t.” Adam said.
“What do you mean you can’t? You can Sir Adam! You can sing! YOU ARE ADAM LEVINE OF MAROON 5 FOR GOD’S SAKE!” Elmo blurted out .
“Oh!” Julie surprisingly reacted.
“What?” Adam uttered in shock, “What did you just say?” He added.
“Nothing Sir, I was just carried away.”
“No, repeat what you just said…”
“Should we tell him the truth Julie?”
“I think we should… we already slipped our tongues.” Julie answered.
“What truth?”
“Sir Adam, You are not really meant to be a doctor… you are the real vocalist of Maroon 5.” Elmo started.
“Huh? Are you kidding me?”
“Sir Adam please hear us out first.” Julie begged.
“Julie and I were tasked to fix history whenever it becomes mixed up due to people’s choices. You shouldn’t have left your passion for music because you are destined to be a famous vocalist. Your group will become extremely famous.” Elmo explained.
“Rubbish!” “Sir Elmo, I think we should just show him”.
“Okay.” Elmo nodded “Sir, if you wouldn’t believe us then we will just show you.”
“I do not know what you are talking about…”
“Sir Adam, please do trust us…” Julie begged.
“Sir we are doing this for you… for your real destiny…” Elmo Supported.
“Fine…”
Julie’s POV
That night we showed Sir Adam our book and traveled to the past in order to prove that we are serious about our task. At first Sir Adam was adamant with what he saw but when we went to the day where he was young he cried and nodded intently. It gave him a reason to pursue what we all started.
