Few hours before Izuku was awakened

Royal ripper: "I've just had a little chat with your buddy Izuku. He botched the test. By the way, I got a little bit carried away and... did him in.

Royal ripper: "But he was such a bad boy! We said we wanted to talk but he totally jumped on us anyway! How rude he was to go about pciking fights... Right buggie?"

Gyoro Gyoro: "You bore me. Can't you lie any better than that? There's no need to save face. Go ahead and tell me what really happened." The pink monster said, hiding her rage behind its face.

Bug God: "He was nothing but a turncoat. He claimed the title of a monster but kept one foot firmly planted in the human side. In my opinion, he would eventually become dangerous... and at something or another would make him betray us. So we took the initiative. And what of It?" We made the decision and took care of the problem. Got a problem with it?" The monster asked, seeing the hidden a ger behind Gyoro Gyoro.

Gyoro Gyoro: "No, not at all. You did well Bug God, Royal Ripper... I see that you two are quite beaten up. Was he strong?"

Royal Ripper: "Heh heh heh... Yes, he surprised me... I didn't think such a compact body could hold that much power! Now I can see why you forced the two of us to go together."

Gyoro Gyoro: "Are you sure he's dead?" The monster asked coldly.

Royal Ripper: "It breaks my heart to tell you~ but yes. Did you want him that much? I mean we didn't stop to look, but he's probably well and gone by now, right? Buggie was rather slow in stopping me in time, after all"

Bug God: "You just wanted to kill him from the start." He scoffed at him.

Eri POV: "Big brother...!!" She teared while her mouth was taped.

Kota: "MMM..." He mumbled as he cried.

Gyoro Gyoro: "And then... what about these kids?"

Royal Ripper: "You might remember little Eri. You know... the girl that overhaul and I used experiments on."

Gyoro Gyoro: "The rewind quirk girl huh? Now I see. And the boy?"

Royal Ripper: "He was with them too, so I brought him along. Tee Hee." The monster said with a sadistic smile.

Gyoro Gyoro: "Don't Tee Hee me, you're all giddy already. If you add unknown factors it might come back to bother us. get on with it and finish it already. Also, don't do anything to the girl, She's useful." She ordered as the monsters left her room.

Psykos POV: "Oh nephew... I was just about to get to know you..."

The monsters throughout the base were preparing, training, sparing, spreading rumours and what nots. Royal ripper would then bring Eri and Kota into a cell where the monsters held hostages. There kids would them meet waganma who seemed like a spoiled brat. They would then debate with the gaurd (sludge villain) that the heroes would win against the monsters to which he would explain the existence of "monster Association executives".
