Chapter 36: Monster Association Arc

Izuku noticed that royal ripper had injured him during the short fight, so he took the bandages from Royal Ripper to wrap around his injuries.

Izuku POV: "The hell is this stuff inside the bandages? It's disgusting."

After Izuku bandaged himself, he kicked the door hard, making the metal creak before it burst open with a crash. The door slammed against the wall, the sound echoing through the corridors.

Izuku: "If they get you guys again you're dead. Put that inside your head." He said as he was tightening his bandage. Eri and Kota both peeked outside the room to check if they're safe.

Kota: "How did you know where to find us, mister?" He asked as both him and Eri followed Izuku behind.

Izuku: "Cause I'm a monster." He answered as the kids looked confused.

Monster 1: "What the— a human...?"

Monster 2: "It's the infiltrator."

Monster 1: "Now's our chance to earn some points with lord Gyoro Gyoro. KILL IT!!!" The monster shouted as the two charged towards Izuku.

Monster 2: "Huh? Isn't that guy... The hero
Hunte—" Before the monster could finish, Izuku killed them with a single strike.

Izuku coughed as the stench of monster blood and organs filled the corridor, the splatter painting the walls and floor in a gruesome pattern.

Izuku: "Tsk... the stuff here is awful." He muttered, his gaze steely as he glared down at the mangled bodies before him.

Izuku picked up one of the monster's severed arms, barely looking at it before he took a bite. He chewed without any reaction, his face blank and calm.

Eri and Kota stared at him in shock, frozen in place.

Kota: "Wh-Why would you eat that...?"

Eri: "It's... It's going to make you sick..." She warned with worry.

Izuku: "Gotta put some meat in my bones, brats. Food's Food. Can't be too worried about good manners at this point."

He said as he threw away the bone that once had flesh on it. He then wiped his mouth.

Izuku: "I showed that guy who the boss is... There's nothing else to do around here. Let's get out already. If you're coming, hurry up and keep your mouths shut."

Both Eri and Kota hesitated to move over the corpse but with one final nod, they started running behind Izuku.

Izuku: "We got very lucky, actually. Seems like the whole pack is busy with something, and they're not sending their forces after one guy. We can just take the shortest route and I'll crush whatever's in the way." He explained as he continued to run.
