Chapter 42: Monster Association Arc

Psykos unleashed a barrage of psychic beams, lighting up the sky with devastating force. Tatsumaki darted through the air, narrowly evading each strike with sharp, fluid movements, untouched by the chaos.

Tatsumaki POV: "I have to keep the line of fire away from the ground. They've finished evacuating the areas further from the ghost town. What about King..."

She thought to herself as she looked around the groud to find her fellow Class-S college. On the Ground, King was helping 2 children escape with him.

Tatsumaki POV: "Looks like he's escorting the hostages out. Considering the enemy type, he's leaving the battle to me. That's a wise decision." She thought as she was impressed.

Meanwhile

King: "RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUUUNNN!!!!" He screamed in fear

Tatsumaki then began to lift massive chunks of earth from the sea, stopping the raging tsunamis in their tracks. With a fierce motion, she hurled the enormous rocks toward Psykos in a relentless barrage.

Psykos fought back, firing powerful energy beams to intercept the incoming projectiles. While many of the rocks were destroyed midair, Tatsumaki managed to strike her target, engulfing Psykos in the remaining debris.

However, when the dust settled, Psykos emerged completely unharmed. The two combatants then clashed in a massive psychic battle, their power creating a gigantic whirlwind that tore through the skies above them.

As the fight continued, Tatsumaki had blended herself in the storm of boulders she had created, making it hard for the fusion monster to hit her.

Psykos: HMPH. You think you can hide behind rocks?!! I can just sense your power!

She taunted as she began to observe her sister through the rocks. Just then, Psykos used one of Orochi's dragons which was under her, to fire at Tatsumaki's direction. They fired and it hit the target.

Psykos: I HIT HER.

She said with confidence as she watched tatsumaki fall. However to much to her shock, the figure she was watching fall, was a decay made of rocks that tatsumaki was using with her psychic powers.

Tatsumaki: "AHAHAHAHA, To think you'd fall for a simple trick. Tsk Tsk." She said through her psychic waves, unimpressed.

Psykos looked around trying to find her but failed. Then the S-Class hero appeared in her mouth, using her hand as a glowing torch.

Tatsumaki: "See ya miss papier mâché doll!" She said as she went inside. "Your insides are surprisingly hollow."

*Boing*

Psykos: What the—?!

She exclaimed, completely caught off gaurd as she was blushing while grabbing her tit—AHEM her chest. Suddenly, the fused monster began to twist extremely, by tatsumaki. Scream echoing throughout the city.
