chapter 12: forest training camp arc

Kota was paralyzed with fear after being confronted by a masked villain. He steps back in complete fear as Muscular walks towards him.

Muscular: "I came up here scouting for a nice vantage point, and here I find someone who's not on our list. By the way, nice hat, kid. I like it. Why don't you trade me for this lame mask, huh? They made me wear it cause I'm new. Said they couldn't get a shipment of good ones in time."

he said as he removed his mask. Kota runs away but Muscular cuts him off by activating his Quirk and jumping in front of him. This made Kota scream which someone in particular heard him.

Muscular: "I think you and me should have some fun up here kid. Ready?" he said with a laugh as his hood revealed his face.

Flashback

Newscaster: water hose. Two heroes sharing one name. But this couple's bright future was cut short. Ended by one criminal's heinous actions. A truly tragic story. The villain in question is still at large, through police and heroes are on his trail, hoping to apprehend him soon. The suspect is extremely dangerous and has a power-up quirk. If you see this face, contact the police immediately. Do not approach him. Additionally, the suspect sustained a major injury to his left eye during his fight with the water hose...

Flashback end

Kota (tears): "It's you... PAPA! MAMA!"

Before muscular could crush Kota with his powered-up fist, kota was saved from getting crushed under his fist by a person. Kota looked up to see a familiar look he saw a while back.

Kota: "MISTER!!" he said with a cry as he hugged him.

Izuku: "Just what the hell did you get yourself into brat."

Muscular: "Huh! What do you think you're doing?!" he yelled in anger.

Izuku: "Why you trying to hurt this brat? What's he done to you!" he said with a menacing tone as he got Infront of Kota.

Muscular: "So you were never with us in the first place huh? Fine, guess I'll kill you too." he said as muscle tissues began to cover his arms.

(this song plays as izuku prepares to fight)

Izuku: "Stay back kid." He said as he cracked his knuckles and stretched his arms. Kota nodded as he went back a few steps.

As Muscular's muscles bulged and he prepared to attack, Izuku took a defensive stance, ready to protect Kota.

Muscular: "You're gonna regret turning on us, hero hunter."

With a roar, Muscular charged at Izuku, his fists swinging with deadly force. Izuku dodged the first blow, his reflexes honed from countless battles. He countered with a swift kick aimed at Muscular's midsection, but the villain deflected it effortlessly with his enhanced strength. Muscular lunges forward, his fists aimed at Izuku with deadly intent, but the martial artist effortlessly dodges each blow with graceful agility.

Izuku: "Tchh... thought you were stronger than that." He said with a cocky grin.

With a roar, Muscular charges forward once more, his fists raining down like a relentless storm. Izuku gracefully weaves between the blows, his movements fluid and precise.

Izuku: "Predictable". Izuku taunts, his voice laced with confidence. "You rely too much on brute force. It's about finesse, not just muscle."

Izuku POV: "It's like I'm fighting Tank top master. Only difference is that he knows a few fighting styles. Well... doesn't matter. The outcome is already clear."
