Chapter 49: Monster Association Arc (Final)

Izuku: "HA HA HA!! There's no way a mere underling could handle!! These moves meant to strike fear into God!!" He taunted.

Sage Centipede POV: "Guh... So strong!!"

While in midair, Izuku's gaze shifted to the distance, where he spotted a helicopter far away. Squinting, he could make out two familiar figures inside—Eri and Kota.

Izuku POV: "Those brats... they managed to get out of there...!!"

Just then, Izuku looked back at Sage Centipede only to see it recovering from the attacks.

Izuku POV: "Instant regeneration... I've gotta draw it's attention."

Izuku took a deep breath before he shouted.

Izuku: "WHAT'S WRONG, HUH? BRING IT ON!" He shouted, drawing the monster's attention only to see it, smirking.

Sage Centipede: "Oh ho..." He laughed as he pointed one of his antenna at the Helicopter. "Is that fly bothering you?"

Izuku: "No idea what you mean." He said nonchalantly, trying to brush it off.

Sage Centipede: "If you dare move another inch... My compatriot will swat that fly down with its Ocean Grand Canon."

Distracted, Izuku was slammed hard into the ground by Sage Centipede's Centipede Grand March, creating a massive crater. Before he could recover, Sage Centipede opened a gap in the battlefield, allowing Evil Ocean Water to fire its powerful Ocean Grand Cannon straight at him.

Sage Centipede: "HA HA HA, Tiny fool!! Where is that bravado of yours now?"

Sage Centipede taunted the Hero Hunter, but in that instant, a figure suddenly dashed towards Evil Ocean Water, moving with incredible speed on the water. As the figure closed the gap, he leaped high into the air, gathering his strength before delivering a powerful punch directly into the heart of the liquid monster. The force of the punch sent shockwaves through the air, shattering Evil Ocean Water completely. The impact was so immense that it split the ocean in half, causing the creature to scatter and disintegrate entirely.

Sage Centipede: "WH—WHAT THE?!!"

The monster exclaimed in shock and confusion as it watched the liquid monster disintegrate.

Sage Centipede POV: "It died...?! What just happened... some kind of tectonic cataclysm...?!" The monster thought to itself before turning its attention towards the escape helicopter.

Izuku began to chase the monster, looking for revenge for it had done to him.

Izuku: "YOU SON OF A—"

Izuku looked up only to see a figure launching himself up in the air towards the Centipede with a bat.
