With all the gifts passed out everyone returned to eating and visiting. "So where are the pictures?" Alex asked. "Here!" Kara said as she stood up and readied the projector. Kara and Lena showed off their photos and talked about how much fun they had. "Wow! I want to go..." Ruby whined. "Maybe next time." Lena said. "Did you meet any models?" Sam asked. "Yea...I even met one of Kara's old...flames." Lena snipped. "Oh? Do tell?" Sam asked. "She was some skinny little twig..." Lena growled. "Lee relax...it was just a one night thing." Kara replied.

"So...you two are moving in together?" Sam asked. "Yes." Lena replied. "We have a few places to look at tomorrow morning." Kara said. "Yea...I was with her on that trip." Alex said. "Is she as hideous as Lena described?" Sam asked looking at her girlfriend. "Yea...she may be pretty on the outside but she's a real bitch on the inside! She hated me! Especially when it came time to go home...and I came to get Kara." Alex said. "That's why it was a one night thing. I couldn't be with someone who didn't like my sister." Kara replied.

"So thats why you're dating me? Cause I get along with Alex?" Lena asked. "Well...that and...other things...you do..." Kara replied with a smirk. "Ok! Thats enough!" Alex groaned. "Lee asked...what was I supposed to say?" Kara asked. "Yes! You say yes then drop the subject!" Alex growled. "Now that you're moving in together...does that mean we'll still be able to go to Eliza's for Christmas? And maybe go snowboarding?" Ruby asked. "I don't see why it would stop us from going there...and snowboarding Rubes." Kara replied with a smile.

"Really! That's awesome! I can't wait!" Ruby exclaimed. "It's still a couple months off Ruby, and you still have school between now and then. And if you don't get your biology grade up you won't be snowboarding when we go to Eliza's." Sam said. "Yes mom." Ruby replied. "Having trouble with biology kid?" Kara asked. "Yea...I can't remember all the parts of cells." Ruby groaned. "Well...how about tomorrow I come by and help you out. We can make flash cards and work on them." Kara offered. "Really?" Ruby asked. "Of course Rubes." Kara replied with a smile. "Thank you Aunt Kara!" Ruby replied as she hugged the blonde.
