" I was wondering who it was, and it turns out to be Ashy-Boy!"

Ash gasped. " Gary!"

Gary leaned off his Blasteroid's shell and chuckled. " Haha. I just said that for old times sake."

Before anyone could say anything else, a girl wearing a pink sweater and purple skirt gasped. She jumped off the cliff and tackled Gary onto the ground.

" You're here! You're here!" she exclaimed happily.

Gary laughed and hugged her back as he sat up. " Wow. Didn't think Wisty, of all people, was gonna be happy for my arrival."

Wisty grinned. " I just wanted to show you something."

She fished a paper out of her pocket and gave it to Gary. " I never showed Ash, so you two might enjoy it. Or it might end up with you two chasing me around the forest while Goh watches."

Gary raised a brow as Wisty climbed out of his lap and unscrolled the paper. Ash, curious, walked behind him and put a hand on Gary's shoulder.

They gasped.

" WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISTY!"

Wisty took off running before Ash and Gary could even finish screaming her name, laughing hysterically as they bolted after her.

"WIIIIIISTY!" Ash shouted, his face redder than a Charizard's flame. He was determined to catch his sister this time. "Where did you even get that idea?!"

Gary, just as furious, sprinted after her too. "I'm gonna make you regret ever showing us that!"

Wisty looked back over her shoulder, her grin as wide as ever. "You two really should have seen the looks on your faces! Priceless!" She leaped over a fallen log with ease, her laughter echoing through the forest.

Behind them, Goh stood leaning against a tree with Grookey perched on his shoulder, watching the whole scene unfold with an amused smirk. "You know, I could help them... but this is way more fun," Goh mused, chuckling to himself.

Grookey tapped on Goh's head playfully. "Grookey!"

Ash and Gary were in hot pursuit, dodging trees and rocks as Wisty zigzagged through the forest, always just a few steps ahead. She clutched the offending piece of paper tightly, holding it out in front of her like a flag of victory.

"Wisty, you're gonna get it when I catch you!" Ash shouted, pushing himself to run faster.

"Same here!" Gary added, his voice filled with equal parts annoyance and embarrassment. "What were you thinking drawing that?"

Wisty just cackled louder. "It's called artistic freedom, Gary! I thought you two might like to see yourselves all dressed up—nice and fancy at the altar!" She waggled the paper in the air. "You make such a cute couple!"

"WE ARE NOT A COUPLE!" Ash and Gary yelled in unison, their frustration boiling over as they tried to close the gap.

Wisty darted around a large tree, disappearing from sight for a moment, but when Ash and Gary rounded the corner, she was already scaling up another tree. She scrambled up with ease, sitting on a thick branch, dangling her legs, the mischievous grin still plastered on her face.

"You'll have to do better than that to catch me!" she taunted from above.

Ash stopped below the tree, panting heavily. "You... are... the worst...!"

Gary bent over, hands on his knees, catching his breath. "You're going down for this, Wisty."

"Yeah, yeah," Wisty said, waving them off like she hadn't heard that a thousand times before. She flicked the paper, letting it float down toward them, as if mocking their efforts. "Here, have your precious artwork back."

The paper gently floated through the air, and Ash caught it, crumpling it in his fist. "This is so going in the trash!"

Gary glared up at her. "And you're next!"

Wisty winked. "I'd like to see you try!"

Goh, still watching from a distance with Grookey, shook his head in amusement. "You know, Grookey, I think we might be here for a while."

Grookey nodded, mimicking Goh's stance. "Grookey!"
