In the episode ' misty meets her match' at the end the narrarator says, " And Misty won something too- a young Man's heart"

I think that young man is Ash

Because he was real jealous of the red dude

hehe

anyway

" Hey, Ashy! Where are you!" Gary called as he and Oak walked through the forest.

" Ash! Now is not the time to be goofing off!" Oak added.

Gary sighed as he leaned on a tree. " Well, this is gonna take a while."

Suddenly, they heard a shout.

" HOLD ON PIKACHU!"

Gary and oak exchange a look before running into the direction.

There, they saw Ash jumping up and down on panic

" Okay, uh..... A ladder! I'll get you a ladder!"

He turned to Bulbasaur. Vine whip!"

Bulbasaur nodded as it strapped its vines to the cliff.

" Hold on Pikachu!" Ash called as he climbed.

Gary blinked. " Oh. Wow. Wowee."

Oak stepped out of the shadows. " Ash what are you doing?" Ash glanced down and waved. " Hiya professor!"

Ash jumped onto the cliff and slowly inched his way to Pikachu, then broke the vines with a knife.

" Pika pi!" Pikachu jumped onto Ash and Ash laughed. " Good to see you too, buddy."

Suddenly, Ash saw vines.

Thicker vines.

Headed their way

He looked down.

" HEY GARY CATCH!"

Gary blinked, surprised. "Wait, what?"

Before he had a chance to react, Ash tossed Pikachu down toward him. "Pikachu!" Gary stretched out his arms just in time to catch the small yellow Pokémon, who landed safely in his grasp.

"Pika!" Pikachu squeaked gratefully, giving Gary a friendly nuzzle.

Gary, still holding Pikachu, looked up at Ash, who was now stuck on the cliff face, staring at the approaching thick vines. "Ash, what the heck are you doing up there?" Gary called out.

"Saving Pikachu!" Ash yelled back as he scrambled to avoid the vines. "And now I'm saving myself!" He tried to maneuver his way out of the vines' reach, but they were closing in fast.

Professor Oak stepped forward, assessing the situation. "Ash, you need to stay calm! Those vines seem to belong to a wild Pokémon. You can't just cut them recklessly; you could be aggravating it!"

Ash bit his lip, looking back and forth between the vines and the drop below. "Well, if I don't do something, I’ll be part of the vine buffet!" he shouted back.

Gary set Pikachu down gently and turned to Oak. "What Pokémon has vines like that around here?" he asked quickly.

Oak rubbed his chin. "It's possible it's a Tangrowth or a group of Tangela. Either way, they don't usually attack unprovoked."

Meanwhile, the vines were getting closer, and Ash’s grip on the cliff was slipping. "Uh, a little help here?"

Gary smirked and called out to his own Pokémon. "Blastoise, let's go!" With a flash of light, Gary's Blastoise appeared, its cannons ready.

"Blastoise, use Water Gun on those vines!" Gary commanded.

Blastoise aimed at the thick vines creeping toward Ash and fired a powerful Water Gun. The impact caused the vines to recoil, giving Ash a bit of breathing room.

"Thanks, Gary!" Ash shouted, giving a thumbs up as he tried to climb back down.

Oak stepped forward, concerned. "Be careful, Ash! Just come down slowly. We don't want you falling from that height."

Ash nodded, though he was clearly struggling to find a safe route. His foot slipped on the edge of the cliff, and for a second, it looked like he might fall.

Gary ran forward, eyes wide. "Ash, watch out!"

But just as Ash lost his balance, Bulbasaur, still on the ground below, extended its vines up toward him, wrapping them securely around Ash's waist.

"Good job, Bulbasaur!" Ash called as Bulbasaur gently lowered him down to the ground.

Once Ash’s feet touched solid ground again, he breathed a sigh of relief. "Man, that was close."

Gary crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow. "You’re really something, Ash. Even on your day off, you can’t avoid getting into trouble."

Ash laughed sheepishly, scratching the back of his head. "Yeah, well... trouble seems to follow me around."

Pikachu jumped into Ash's arms, giving him a warm nuzzle. "Pika pi!"

Oak stepped forward, relieved. "Well, at least you and Pikachu are safe, Ash. But perhaps next time, you should be a bit more cautious."

Ash nodded. "Yeah, you’re right, Professor. I just—Pikachu needed help, and I didn’t really think about the rest."

Gary smirked. "That's the Ash I know. Always jumping headfirst into danger."

Ash grinned back. "Hey, it worked, didn't it?"

The group shared a brief moment of relief before Oak cleared his throat. "Well, now that that's over, shall we head back to the lab?"

Ash looked up at the sky, the adrenaline starting to wear off. "Yeah... let's go."

As they began walking back through the forest, Gary walked alongside Ash and gave him a playful nudge. "You know, Ashy-boy, you could’ve just waited for backup."

Ash laughed. "Where’s the fun in that?"

Gary chuckled. "Typical Ash."
