"What the hell...?"
After the group had arrived in Dominique's room, it was safe to say they were utterly stunned.
There was stuff everywhere; everything in the room had been ripped to absolute shreds. Stalls of wood were hanging from the walls, the cushioning in the walls had been ripped out, there were scorch marks all over the floor, the TV had been smashed, laying lifelessly over the floor as its wiring bled from it like a body.
The group was absolutely shocked.
"Jeez. I knew Dom could get angry, but I didn't think she was capable of this..."
Tyler muttered, walking into the room with the rest of the group in tow, each splitting off to investigate where Dominique may have been hiding, calling for her into the darkness.
Aiden walked across the room, his hand running against the pillowed walls and stopping as his hand caught against the ragged, torn fabric. Slowly, the group discovered that Dominique was nowhere in sight.
"Did she find a way out? And why the hell is her room so ruined?"
Ashlyn questioned, looking over her shoulder to gauge the rest of the group's reactions to her questions.
"If she found a way out, she wouldn't have left without us. Theres absolutely no way. Maybe she got transferred to another room?"
Aiden answered, shaking his head from side to side at the thought of Dominique leaving the facility without them. The rest of the group agreed, and Ash sighed, placing her hand against her chin in thought.
"At least there's no blood." Taylor sighed, running her hand through her hair in worry, anxious at being unable to find Dominique.
"Is there a more confidential containment department? I take it the people who ran this place wouldn't have taken too kindly to Dominique ripping up all their shit." Tyler questioned, turning toward the rest of the group as they acknowledged the possible reality of Dominique being located away from the rest of them.
Just as Logan turned, nailing a runaway phantom through the eyes, his eye caught on a small trail of blood running down the other direction in the hallway, making them unable to see it from the entrance to the room.
"Hey, guys? She might've gone this way." Logan called back, keeping his gaze locked down the darkness of the hallway, listening to the pattering steps of phantoms.
The group quickly perked up walking over to the exit to the room.
Before Aiden could reach the door, he stilled at the sound of something crunching underneath his foot.
Curious, he looked down, a breath catching in his throat as he gazed on the state of the piece of paper below his heel.
"Uh... Guys?"
The group quickly turned back around. As Aiden reached down, he grasped the corner of the piece of paper that hadn't decayed quite as much as the rest of it. His eyebrow furrowed, reading over what was inscribed in the corner.
