Moonlight - Chase Atlantic

I don't think I've ever even thought of hitting a girl.
But today I am.Thinking about hitting multiple girls.

Obviously I don't, no matter how bitchy they are. I have morals.

Ariella's dumbass friends.

My hatred towards them increases to an unfathomable number.

She seems to be in a better mood already though, and I can't lie and say it didn't make my mood any better.

That doesn't mean I don't still hate her fucking friends.

One thing I noticed about Ariella is that she can never stay mad for too long since we were kids.

Like the last time I was a rude ass to her when she was sick or when Jackson pissed me off.

She stopped talking for half an hour tops, before she forgot she was even mad in the first place.

Every time she mentions Jackson in a conversation, my blood boils, even though I tolerate him more than I did before because of how he was about to swing at fucking Nathan before I beat him to it.

I almost burst out laughing when I bumped into him in the sick room wanting to get an early leave because of the 'pain in his jaw.'

That dick deserved it.

She goes to the bathroom to freshen up.

I order a cup of coffee for me and a hot chocolate for Ella, because apparently, she only likes iced coffee when she makes it.

That idiot basically just drinks milk with a whole lot of sugar and a splash of coffee when she makes it.

As I come out of the shop holding two cups in my hand, a fluorescent light from another store's sign catches my eye.

Lego.

Ella and I loved Legos when we were younger, but her sets were the ones with the five girls. She used to like the pink girl the most.

What was her name again? Olive? All I know is that pink wasn't and isn't her favorite colour. She just liked that character for some reason.

I was forced to play with her because my sets were too 'boring' for her.

Please.

I was also forced to watch the show with her and bear with her terrible singing whenever the theme song was playing.

I glance at the store one last time because of the bright ass light that's beginning to mess with my eye and because Ella's words from earlier replay in my mind.

"You know what's even more embarrassing? The fact that I got us all matching keychains and stuff."

Her voice was so small and hurt, nothing like her normal way of speaking. I could tell it broke her heart on how today didn't go the way she expected it to go.
